If I could ask for my money back, I would. As a Brazilian and connoisseur of authentic açaí, I can say that what I ate was colored ice blended with fruit. unfortunately I didn't like it, it didn't taste like açaí, or they made a mistake with the ice.

If you enjoy good sugarcane juice, this place is a must-try. We placed a takeout order over the phone for a large group, and the person in charge attentively listened to our order, accommodating the changes we suggested. Despite getting stuck in traffic and arriving closer to closing time, the staff remained friendly and accommodating.

Culture of entitlement is a plague which is why Shake Shack is so revolutionary in its pricing, structure and approach to easing awkwardness of offsetting overhead and ensuring premium service for consumers. Some companies put too much onto the consumer as a scapegoat excuse, going so far as to gaslight it as a moral obligation, and service industry workers have to remember that they're consumers first as well. You should be grateful you have customers at all, not just customers who can regularly afford to tip you a proportionally obscene amount for doing the bare minimum (if you even do that at all). Perhaps it would take highly reduced customer flow for you to appreciate any consumer spending at all. And appreciate how it's even seen as offensive in other countries which demonstrates the "moral obligation" to tip is in fact, social gaslighting. Selective service e.g. "forgetting" to provide items factored well over & into full price of product such as a straw, depending on your tip which is requested *before* any product or service has been provided is the definition of backwards. It's the service industry's proactive approach to punishing the customer in principle for being a patron. Particularly if you are just picking up someone else's 1 drink. Your products and services are not even that good (in fact, easily better imitated are home) that it can demand such a costly attitude...it is simply not worth the pressured interaction of entitlement which determines the basic service they dole out (demanding a tip before the product is even made/given when they swivel the pad). You don't see the environment asking for a tip from businesses that encourages excessive single-use plastic. Though it should.

I've never done pick up, have only used delivery services. I've driven by a few times though and it's located right around the corner from the Americana.I've grown up eating halo halo and it never really did it for me - didn't enjoy the bean/jelly mixture and just mostly ate the crushed ice and drank the milk. Then recently a coworker suggested ordering halo halo from here and I thought why not? I've been hooked ever since! I would definitely say this is my favorite halo halo - toppings, bean/jelly mix, everything.I will definitely keep ordering from here, maybe one day I'll finally make my way inside the store.

Came a bit before closing with some friends and I got the Large Original freshly pressed raw sugarcane juice with less ice for $8. The juice was refreshing and naturally sweetened, although on the pricier end. I felt like the "less ice" option still had a lot of ice, and I paid an extra $0.25 for that. Service was nice - the cashier offered us free boba as a topping, maybe because it was towards closing time. We didn't take her up on the offer, but it was much appreciated! The interior of the shop is very clean and aesthetic - they have a cute sign in the front to take pictures with. Would love to come back next time and try their halo-halo and other items!

Interior is spacious and it's right next to the Americana parking lot. Halo Halo: There is a mix of red bean, jelly, a slice of cake, coconut syrup. My dessert came out to be so pretty. There was a good scoop of Ube ice cream but I wished there was a bigger portion of the flan. I think the balance between the coconut milk was a little bit overpowered by the crushed ice.Service: Quick and fast. I was greeted right away and my drink was made pretty fast too.

Stopped by to get a quick drink - location is super convenient since it's right by Americana.Got the large hot matcha, made of sugarcane juice, matcha, and milk. Super refreshing and definitely quenched my thirst. Their menu selection is fairly large with cold sugar cane drinks, smoothies, hot drinks, açaí bowls, and the signature halo halo (dessert with pandan plant jello, shaved ice, red beans, coconut gel, caramel flan, jack fruit, coconut strips, purple yam, rice crisps, and ube ice cream). The inside is bright and clean with plenty of indoor seats! Check it out if you are in the area!

Come and visit this store located along Brand Blvd in Glendale beside IN and OUT. They serve refreshing coconut juice mixed with a lot of different flavors of your choice and HALO HALO (Filipino dessert). They have seats available inside and in the front or if you want a little privacy you can use their seats beside the store where you are the only person that will be in there (we tried this several times lol). I always come here to partner with my fries snack when I am around Americana. It's not cheap, it's also not that expensive (for me) .The last experience I had was great again when I just called for 3 HALO Halos and as soon as I got there my order was ready. Will always be coming back.

We stumbled upon this spot, looking for another Acai bowl, and it's kind of hidden but definitely worth the find. The Acai bowl is well made and full of toppings. You don't feel overwhelmed with the amount, and you don't feel shorted, so I can confirm it's the perfect amount that they provide to you. With plenty of seating with nice decor and next to Americana, you can grab your bowl and people watch as time passes by.
