Hovik and Vasik are life savers! We own two Range Rovers that we drive a lot, and they need a lot maintenance. Every time we have a problem, they get us in, and they always try to minimize the costs by cleaning parts instead of systematically replacing. Last time for a DEF sensor issue, they were able to clean the faulty sensor and the car runs great again! Highly recommend them for their knowledge and honesty. Below are pictures of before and after the cleaning.

For the past fifteen years, our family has relied on KS Complete Auto for our car repair needs. We have entrusted our two Volvos (a 950 and an XC 70) as well as our two Toyotas (a Rav 4 and a Corolla) to the care of Hovic and Harout, the dedicated co-owners. The reason we are loyal to this establishment is due to the consistently excellent work they provide at fair prices. Their expertise in diagnosing issues and performing repairs has earned our trust over the years. I vividly remember the time when Hovic advised me against repairing my old Volvo 950, bluntly stating that it was time to invest in a new vehicle. Stopped by because warning lights showed up on the dash of our rental car. They were super helpful and filled up our engine coolant free of charge.

BEWARE!!!! I went in because my check engine light was on. Owner said I needed new spark plugs, gear shift knob, cabin charcoal filter and windsheild whippers!!! Parts that had nothing to do with the check engine light. Wanted to charge me $3,200 when I picked up the car WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON!!! He offered a cash "discount" of $2,100 and I left with the car unfixed and still with the original problem and check engine light on!! I found this place awful to work with and I'm wondering who the heck wrote the other reviews!

Best honest staff I've ever found in a Auto Mechanic shop. Only surpassed by their knowledge of the cars they work on. They have made my Jaguar and Mercedes AND me, Very Happy.

Hovik is a thoughtful, caring owner. There is a reason his business is over 2o years old. It is so difficult to find someone of kindness and integrity to fix your car. His shop is spotless. He is very fair and truly cares for his customers. He specializes in all luxury cars. A true gem.

same owner independent Maserati service. Just had coolants change there today. They seem not very professional. Not open air vent not took off the front bumper to drain coolant. Just use vacuum machine to vacuum the coolant out. Not completely exchanged. Guess what. When I call them they quote Coolant and power steering together 500. But after I changed coolant only cost me over 540. Even higher than dealer ship. Not coming again..... guess what they called me and text me said they did nothing worry. hope i can update the review. Nope I have a money but don't want spend like this. They charged even higher than dealerships. And they don't know how to do it right. This car if not removed bumper there is no way to drain the all the coolant for radiator. They just vacuum it because it's easier to do. If they drain from bottom of radiator it don't need vacuum.

This place is the FIVE STAR RATED and THE BEST that there is around for all Land Rover and Range Rover repair for a reason. They do the BEST work and are completely trustworthy! I've brought my vehicle here to have engine and other work done. Hovik and Harout are amazing. I won't take my vehicle anyplace but here for repairs.

Our Land Rover was leaking transmission fluid while on vacation in Palm Springs. We took it to a local mechanic who gave us a diagnosis that didn’t sound quite right. (It turned out he didn’t even look at the vehicle). After reading such positive reviews about KS Complete Auto we decided that we would let them look at our vehicle. We are so happy that we did! We were not only given top notch service but were told exactly what was going on with our vehicle. Hovic spent the time to clearly explain the issue and get us back on the road quickly. We made our journey safely home to Canada thanks to the great service provided by KS. If we lived in LA, KS Complete Auto would be our mechanic! Thanks for your great work and excellent customer service Hovic!

I've been to KS Complete Auto a couple of times with my Range Rover Discovery Sport. They've always been incredibly professional, very upfront about any repairs, costs and expedient with any insurance process. I am so glad I found this repair place, I trust them to treat the car right and tell me the truth about what is going on, as well as keep me updated on realistic timeframes for repair. Would definitely recommend to anyone who owns Land Rover/Range Rovers.
