Went in to Lucky today to check out their sale and try out some new jeans. Kelly and Hailey were super helpful. I asked for help with sizes in tops and bottoms, different styles, and fit. They were patient and really great!

Worst customer service in person and online. First and last time buying from this store. They don't fully refund customers even with a receipt and within 30 days. Will be reported to the Department of Consumer Affairs.

I've shopped here 3 times only but will make it a regular stop. I have received the best service from manager Kelly! Recently she went above and beyond helping me with an exchange, and helped a family member with his sizes. The store is petite, but I love the selection, and the sales.

Went there after Covid-19 reopening. Impressive Customer Service provided by Matt their on duty Manager & their other associates, Above and beyond in assisting to find my size and all items I was looking for. Great place with quality merchandise & nice selections & impressive Customer Service!

Quality of jeans here are great. Quality of customer service is not. The power went out when they swiped my father's card so it was unclear whether the transaction went through or not. He stayed for about an hour for the power to come back on and to determine with the employee whether it went through. When the power came back, she said it did not charge the card so she swiped it again. He checked his bank account when he got home and it showed that it charged twice. So he called them back and asked them to void one of the transactions since they should clearly have a record of the same purchase happening twice. They told him they weren't responsible for charging the card twice and that it was the bank's problem. Are you kidding me? Thanks Lucky brand for complicating things but I'm confident the investigators will get down to the bottom of things.

Christian was a huge help! I love Lucky but hadn't been in a while and he helped me find the right jeans for my body and gave me honest feedback on what fit, what didn't, and how to put cute outfits together. He even gave me travel tips! When I walked in to door I was a bit overwhelmed but he made my experience so much smoother.
