The staff there is extremely nice and attentive! I went right at closing and they helped me get my stuff and even let me smell a couple items!! Shout out to Nicole, Anna, and Kai for being so helpful !! 💗

i forced my friends to come here for the katseye collab, we weren’t gonna buy anything initially but the sweetest bestest employee came over and started talking about katseye with us and filled the sink up just to show us the bath bomb. she was talking to us the whole time and my friends actually ended up buying soaps bc of her kindness to us. i think her name was kai, im scared i spelled that wrong, but she was super sweet and i can’t wait to go again !!

Incredible customer service every time I love this place so much big shout out to Kai for making me a returning customer and a big shout out to Taylor for keeping that up for me! This Lush is actually farther away from me but it's worth the drive no matter who helps me I know I'll get the best help!

Nicole and Cesla !! They are amazing. This was my first time at a Lush store and they were so incredible and helpful!! I admit I was a bit shy at first, but they were so kind and friendly, I felt at ease pretty quickly! I let them know what scents I usually gravitate towards and they led me to each one they thought I would like... AND I DID. Walked in thinking i'd only check it out and left with a bag full of items. I was so thankful for their help since I felt bad for walking in so close to closing time, but they reassured me and helped me pick out some items! Will be coming back!! The best customer service I've had in a while ngl :] Thank you so much!!!!

The staff at this Lush are especially friendly and attentive! I was overwhelmed with all the choices at first, but Taylor helped me and my sister pick a face mask that suited us best. I ended up picking out a few more things to try, but when I got home I had forgotten the name of one of the unmarked bars. I tried image searching online and looked at the site but couldn't find it. So I called the store and explained approximately which section I had picked it out from as well as the shape and color. Nicole figured it out despite my vague description and let me know it was the Hanami body scrub (which I'm coming back for because it smells like a bouquet.) Coming from someone who gets anxious shopping in person, the staff at this store made it an easy and enjoyable experience!

Private party for my girl,the staff was amazing! Everyone had a blast,good music,the staff was super fun ,friendly, organized and attentive. Everyone was blown away never had an experience like this would recommend.
