Ive been to MAC three times, and honestly, I was disappointed every single time. The service was just terrible. The sales assistants were consistently arrogant and unhelpful. I really tried to give the store a fair chance, but after three visits and three bad experiences, Ive decided I won’t be coming back.

Visited the MAC store in Glendale mall and was disappointed by the staff's personal hygiene. Despite their polished appearance, one staff member had noticeably bad breath, which made it difficult for me to tolerate their assistance which happened to me as second time. To improve customer satisfaction, I suggest staff consider using masks or strong peppermint spray. Thank you

MAC Cosmetics has an amazing staff who provided excellent guidance in helping me choose the right products for my face.
They were knowledgeable and assisted me in understanding what suits me best.
Plus, MAC products are always reliable and of exceptional quality.

I went to the MAC store at the Glendale Galleria and had an amazingly awesome experience with Alana. She was super attentive to my needs. I needed to return a lipstick that did not work out for me and Alana not only helped me find the color I was looking for, but also assisted me with more products as well. At first I was the only customer in the store, but as we were looking at lipsticks more people came in and she helped all of them too. Though there were two other employees there, she greeted all of the customers by herself and remained patient and professional. She never complained about being the only one working though her coworkers should have helped more instead of being on their cell phones in front of customers. I felt like her hard work and professionalism needs to be shouted out. Had she not helped me, I would have just done the return, instead making it an exchange and also buying other products too.

I placed an order online on 5/7 at 4:50pm, I received an email that same night that it was ready for pick up. I went to the store on 5/8 at 12pm and the employee said she hadn't received any orders yet and to come back in 20 minutes, which I didn't have time for that is why I placed an online order. She didn't even bother to look at her computer or check in the back, nothing, so I left.
I contacted customer service chat and they said my order was ready for pick up. But it was too late I wanted a refund so I can place the order for shipping or pick up elsewhere. Not even customer service could correct this issue. I am still waiting for a refund.

I bought cosmetics, on Glendale Gallery.I didn’t like the service, I wanted to make an appointment for makeup, I wanted to try a lot of things, but they never made an appointment, unprofessional treatment of the client, very arrogant treatment of the cashier, I will never go back there! I'll try to go to Macy's, they have a store there too. Not recommended at all????

I bought the mini shadows for $26 and the cashier said she didn't have any bag when I asked. I no longer want to buy anything there. Sephora is a million times better. Shadows were a gift.Ridiculous no bag .Another cashier told me WHATS UP???? Very unprofessional staff!

Whatever you do, do NOT let them place an online order for you. I went in for an eyeshadow pan they didn't have and they offered to place an online order for it. A week later I received an email from Mac Cosmetics stating they wouldn't have the product for at least a month so they were cancelling my order. Except when the store placed my online order, they didn't price it as the eyeshadow pan and instead gave it some obscure ###. I called the store and they were confused and told me to call Mac Cosmetics. I called Mac Cosmetics and they said call the store. They said the charge "should fall off" but it never fell off even 3 months later. I've accepted it as a $9 lesson and warn everyone.

I walked in and was helped by a very nice blonde woman who helped me pick out some brown liners. She was great! I ended up buying two. After about a week and a half of the purchase I tried to get both brown liners to work on me. However one of the colors I just wasn't liking anymore and felt it was too dark for my tone. I loved one shade so I kept that one, but then went back to return the other liner and another brunette woman helped me at this time. Even though they took my email down when I purchased and could see I had purchased it they wouldn't let me return without a receipt. Even though they checked my email and could see that I had purchased it and that was basically a "receipt" but wouldn't let me return?? It didn't make any sense. She kept saying that was store policy and could only exchange, but at this point I didn't want to buy anything else. I like MAC makeup quality, but this is such a d*** and outdated store policy. If I buy something at Sephora and want to return they can easily pull my email and search for the "receipt" even if I don't have the hard copy paper receipt on me. It seems like Mac is just being difficult on purpose or maybe they just haven't caught up to the times??? If they have proof of my purchase then what's the big deal? If I had not given my email to track when originally making the purchase then I would understand, but they can literally see I purchased the liners. The math ain't mathing. Make it make sense.
