I visited Men’s Wearhouse today, and I had a great experience. Ervin and Angelo helped me find the perfect costume, and they were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. His professionalism and friendly service made everything easy and enjoyable. The whole team provided excellent customer service.
I highly recommend this location—especially if you want attentive, professional help and someone with real patience like Ervine . I’ll definitely be returning!

Brock the salesman gave me good customer service even thou they didn’t have my suit size , he called another store so I can get my size, that was very nice of him to do that.

A+ experience all around!
Reason for visit:
Needed a tuxedo for a black tie wedding event
Personal context:
I did not have any experience with dressing up for these types of events as this would be my first ever black tie event.
My 2cents:
As a first timer, I was a bit worried about how I was to go about purchasing a suit, but all of that was addressed by the amazing staff there, specifically James, Jenn and Lily who all contributed to my amazing experience. You guys so were awesome and definitely made me enjoy my experience at this store.
Special shoutout to James for going above and beyond on my behalf! For those interested in learning a bit of history on suits in general, James is your guy as he is extremely knowledgable in this field.

I went in and was immediately greeted and helped by one of their young staff members. He was very helpful and things were running smoothly. The young men who work there seem fresh out of high school or very much could still be enrolled. On 2 occasions while he was helping me the upper management, one of them an older woman and the other an older man, interjected themselves and would talk down on their employee right in front of me. I made it apparent to the management that the kid was helping and they were not. I left without actually buying anything and just a disdained experience by the rudeness of these awful employers.

Went in last minute with my husband to find him something to wear for a wedding and Lilly greated us and was first to help us. My husband wasn't looking to spend much and Lilly was really patient and understanding. Then we got additional help from Jennyfer and between the both of them they not only worked magic to put an entire outfit (pants, dress shirt, coat, tie, and shoes) together, but they got my husband to wear color (he typically sticks to black, dark gray). Thank you both so much. I 1000% recommend this store and their employees. They are so helpful and understand everyone's different situations and try their best to fit your needs. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Good rental experience. Jennyfer the store manager was especially great. My jacket came out a little short in the sleeves at first, so I had to get that fixed, but it was pretty easy to get done.

I had an outstanding experience at Men’s wearhouse on Brand blvd thanks to Ervin .He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He immediately understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect outfit. His attention to detail, style advice, and friendly attitude made shopping a real pleasure. I packed too light and had to run in and grab an additional shirt and tie for work. I was also on a budget since my wallet got lost and only had my $50 gift certificate in my email. This is where Lilly comes in. Lilly was attentive, helpful and understood my needs. Lilly helped me with various options and provided suggestions. Took measurements and offered recommendations. In a world where customer service is dying like an epidemic, Lilly renewed my faith in this generation. Lilly did not let the customer service experience die in her watch. Thank you Lilly, no matter what industry you’re in, relationships matter because they generate loyalty as the commodity. Lilly will be the reason I will get my next suits and the suits form u som at her location.

I just want to say that I had the best experience at Men's Wearhouse. The person that specifically helped me was Angelo Luna. He took the time to find exactly what it was that I wanted but most importantly what I needed! Extremely grateful and cannot praise him enough. He definitely needs to be promoted or provided a raise or something. Men's Wearhouse has a great one apart of their team!
