Do not go here!! The individual that helped me added a new line and upgraded one of my phone lines to have insurance without my consent, this caused my bill to raise. He also lied to me and said he changed it back but I called Metro and had it correctly fixed. He lied to metro and said I still had the “free” tablet when I returned it that same moment. I can’t believe someone like this works for Metro, their online customer service has always been phenomenal but this man puts to shame all the hard work that Metro provides. His Emp ID is: TZO15286.

I used to come here back in the day and it was almost always busy. I stopped by a few days ago to ask some questions and it was dead. Upon talking to the rep, the rep was trying pretty hard to hustle me for $150+ even with the promotions. I've been around the block and know the game very well. The only thing this store has going for it is that it seems cleaner and less grimey then back in the day but that's not enough for me to give them my business. Take your business elsewhere! DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY ANYTHING!

WAlK AWAY, are the words a customer said to me and I ignored it. I should of listened to the guy, the people that work their are unprofessional and lack customer service. The store needs a total revamp, new employees trained properly. Overall, I am walking away from MetroPCS due this store and them being unable to provide proper service.

I've had this service for years and noted that the company's service has declined a bunch. Now they want auto pay or pay at a location which only accepts cash plus an add'l fee. When I started I could mail in a payment to the Illinois office. Never any problem; now though it only takes 3-4 days to get there Metro PCS adds an add'l 10 days to process the payment and credit the account and disconnects service. This reduces the service days to the Customer-being cheated. A complaint has been made only to receive a long letter which mainly stated if I did not like it to go get service with another provider. The FCC should be made aware of this inferior decline in service.

I believe this store is the best among all metro stores. And that is because of "Lucy " the lady who has excellent customer service skills and long patience to satisfy the customers. I really appreciate her work. And on my last visit there was a young armenian gentleman too, he had great customer service too. Bottom line I recommend everyone if they want excellent service...
