“Good place to get some freshly cooked Filipino food. Located on the east end of Glendale almost straddling the Eagle Rock boundary, Arko has lots of parking and it's easy to find.Been coming here for years and the quality has been largely consistent. The only difference is what many reviewers have been saying: the prices have gone way up. Used to be the best deal in town for fresh Filipino food. And they have a lot of dishes to choose from, with some of your standard fare like pansit and pork adobo, but other items you'll need to go far and wide around LA to get like sisig. Come early enough in the morning and you can fix yourself up with some scrambled eggs and longanisa. Catering is available here, too.Just to note, they do have a small fish market in the back and a few aisles for your canned goods and other basic products. But you're really here for the fresh food.And that's what will keep me coming back...the food. Yes, it's pricey now, but it's still worth it. See for yourself.”
“I have been going to this Rite Aid ever since it opened. It is always been very clean, well stocked, and friendly. The pharmacy is staffed by excellent people (Helena. Bahareh, Harry, and Suzie) as they are always courteous, friendly, and professional. They ascertain my understanding of the prescription each time, gave me great advices and provided painless vaccination shots. I look forward to refilling my medication or just stopping by to say hello. They're very kind people. We're lucky to have them in our community.”

When I arrived, I was asked to go back home to get my passport. I called later to ask if they can stay open for a little bit longer since I’m running late. “I've been coming here for the past 2 years. The staff is always willing to help, the store is almost always stocked, and most importantly it's a safe place to go. I value safety and cleanliness in every business especially in a drug store. You know there are really sketchy CVSs and Walgreens out there. Anyway, I've gotten things like milk, shampoo, lotions, OTC essentials for my kids, humidifiers, coffee, and even toys here. Get the Walgreens app and earn points, they really come in handy!”
