We lived here for 3.5 years and had nothing but problems with the leasing office. When we first moved in, they lost our deposit check for 6 weeks. Then, they kept charging us for extra rental insurance even though we had purchased our own and gave them proof at least 3 times. We called over 20 times (not even exaggerating) and emailed but no response for 9 months. Then they tried to raise our rent by more than $800 after we had already renewed our lease and had been paying the agreed-upon rent for 4 months. It was such a struggle trying to get them to honor the renewed rental rate. It was only resolved after I contacted someone at Greystar corporate who understood and honored the agreement. When we moved out, they charged us exorbitant “cleaning fees”, even though we already paid to have the unit professionally cleaned ourselves before we left. Save yourself the headaches and don’t move here.

Michelle is always very responsive and quick to help. Very knowledgeable, friendly and gets things done right away. I know when I go to her, things will be taken care of.

I’ve had a great experience with the property management at Next on Lex! The team is always responsive, professional, and attentive to resident needs. From the move-in process to maintenance requests, they handle everything smoothly and in a timely manner. The amenities are well-maintained, and the community has a friendly atmosphere. It’s clear that the management genuinely cares about providing a quality living experience.Khristina Dundon has been absolutely amazing! She has been incredibly professional, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Next on Lex for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live in Glendale!

I uploaded all the necessary documents 100 times they wanted . And after all they said that I am not qualified for renewal because of missing documents. The worst customer and leasing service I have ever seen…

Love it here! Danny has come to the rescue with my maintenance needs. Gym overlooks the pool with floor to ceiling windows. A short walk across the street gets me to my business. Thank you Next & Greystar

There was a recent situation with residents or airbnb ppl smoking weed (passing a joint in front of everyone not caring) in the hot tub in regular clothes. Also had alcohol in a glass bottle. Then the next day the office emails about kids being loud at the pool instead of the real issue. The office wanted to hide what really happened and blame young kids. In the main building by the main pool, you can smell weed in the hallway. Then they also want to brother you for having a door mat in front of your apartment. For over 6 months one of the elevators was not working. It's finally working after asking them when they didn't know why before it wasn't being fixed. The office staff communication is very poor.

I am living at Next on Lex for 2 years and love the property and staff. Holly Savant has helped me so much along the way. Any time i have problem Holly is there and solve it. I look forward to renewing my lease and continuing living at NEXT!

I moved from New York to California exactly 3 years ago and haven’t looked anywhere else other than Next On Lex Apartments. I am extremely satisfied! Put aside the 2 gyms, pool, 2 jacuzzis and multiple game rooms - I am satisfied with the respect received from the staff. Night and day from experiences in NYC. Holly Savant has helped every step of the way - I told her I’d like to move up and upgrade eventually 3 years ago. The minute something opened up, she helped every step of the way to get my hands on a new apartment and set of keys. If you are looking to rent, I suggest Next On Lext, if you are looking for genuinity, anybody will do but I strongly suggest Holly! To another lease!
