ABSOLUTELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I don't know who is working right now but it's 12/19/23 at 7:27pm. One of the guys w a gel slick back was taking my order. He was already rude to start off with. I ordered a smoothie, he said it was out. Then he proceeded to turn to his co worker and say "she tried to order a smoothie and I just told her no" and then his co worker said "good yeah" and they started to tell each other "people need to understand that we are at our last hour" suggesting that they aren't going to make any "complicated" drink because it was their last hour. So I ended up ordering another refresher. And when the guy was calling my order out he was basically just like sooo annoyed of something like rudely yelling.

I asked iced matcha latte the barista made me hot. Then I said his mistake. And… it was ridiculous the barista poured into another cup and add the ice. Really? Matcha latte cost $6.5 + tips. The taste was like urine… Disgusting. No more else go

if i could give a negative star i would. this is literally the most incompetent group of associates i have ever experienced. i have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to disappoint. They can no get my order right and their lack of empathy towards their customers is non existent. you would think for a high end store like nordstrom the would hire quality people.

So much brotherly love here. The people are very nice. I come often for a tea and I tend to sit outdoors to read and do some work. The Matcha and Chai are not very sweet. So if you don't like overly sweet drinks you may enjoy those.Vegetarian options: Pastries & drinks available. You can substitute

'Eric' the barista was extremely rude. I had ordered a pomegranate iced tea originally with "no ice" but let the register gal know "light ice" was fine. Once I got my drink it had no ice, so I asked for a small cup of ice. That's when I had a rude encounter and response from 'Eric'. I asked nicely for a small cup to his response he said "what?" So I asked nicely again, to his response he leaned over to his barista friend and said "see, I told you this was coming." He also gave my mom a hard time when asking for a side of honey. I know it's busy and hot but as a food service worker myself, I would NEVER treat customers like that. On top of that he made the coffee gross.

I came in for a quick coffee and a snack and found that this place is highly underrated! I got a medium cold brew with almond milk and it was fresh and tasty. I also saw a pastry case (which looked delicious) and a fresh food/snack section so I decided to try the pineapple kimchi for a little red freaking snack. Never thought to try this combo but it was the perfect sweet/tart/spicy mix! Lastly the staff were super nice and added a lively vibe to this place. There's good indoor and outdoor seating as well. Great spot for a quick pick-me-up or shopping break.

I was today around 6:17pm ordering a simple hot coffee with cream. The Barista team member gave me a cold coffe. I understand sometimes they are busy, I came here often to get my coffee. He replaced the coffee with a hot one, but he did a big mistake . I asked him to please put easy cream this time because the first time he gave me the cold coffe he put to much. Well he didn't like it. He told me "GO PUT IT YOURSELF" THAT'S WHY I PUT OUT THE CREAM OVER THERE SO YOU CAN PUT IT YOURSELF. How can an employee from NORDSTROM can answer like that to a loyal customer. Corporate should review the video footage to determine an action against this individual who humiliated me. This location should be at 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ at list and supervice their employees.

At first, we had a nice experience with the first other barista. Everything was perfect until the guy in this picture started to make us feel uncomfortable. At first, he didn't let us sit anywhere, but the other barista even cleaned the table for us when I asked him where can we sit. Later, this rude guy made us clean our table but did not ask the same thing to another guy who had left their mess on the table as well. We had cleaned out our table but the trash can was not near us and he pointed out one that was very far and made us go far just to satisfyhis anger because we were there at a late time when they are about to close. I really felt that because we were girls and the other customer was a guy, he treated us differently and felt like gender discrimination to me. I feel very offended by this guy and hope I can get a call back to talk about my sad experience in this place. I just want this rude guy to apologize to us for his offensive behavior. The barista at the cashier had a hard time listening.They gave us the wrong order.After I asked kindly that I got the wrong order, they gave me the latte I asked but the coffee tasted old not even a latte. Bad customer service.+ some ebar workers came in on their days off to chat with their coworkers.I’ve been to other ebar coffee shops that offer exceptional quality and customer service at Del Amo Fashion Center. 5 stars there.

walked in with my date, gave the order 2 machiado, we sat down to drink we both noticed that our specialty coffee was no where near hot just barely warm, so i asked my date is your drink cold as mine is? she said yes, so I got up and mentioned it to the heavy set girl that our drinks are cold, then she said you want them extra hot?!!!! wrong answer for the question! I said no they not even hot at all she took the cups and she touched the cups with her hand and she said I feel its hot! but ill have them make a new batch!! wrong comment again, how can she touch it with her hands and feel that its hot when my date and I feel its cold drinking it?!! so I didn't say anything until the barista didn't even change it they just poured hot milk over the remainder which diluted the coffee macchiato and it just tasted like more milk than anything els. pretty laughable and a ripoff! and also for the intelligence of the employees who get hired here! thank god this was my/our first and last time there, we could have gotten a more hotter or presentable macchiato coffee from a gas station machine, or a car dealership coffee machine!!! and not have to hear the stupidest comment like that! we both laughed at her! with the comment she made! that kind of set the mode the wrong way not to continue to go to Nordstrom to shop because that was our intention that we had come there for! we just left after we got our fake drinks!

The coffee drinks are not good. I had the caramel macchiato and it was terrible. The oatmilk pumpkin drink lacked pumpkin taste. Sticking with Nervous Dog or Starbucks.

I had an afternoon coffee run and had the Lavender Latte. I wasn't expecting it to be that amazing but it was AMAZING! For anyone in this area shopping around, grabbing lunch or needing a break from work (WFH), check this place out and have a cup of coffee. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the place is super clean and they have a lot of outdoor chairs and tables to enjoy the beautiful weather.

The quality of drinks is just below the acceptable level. Just remember that your expectations of the drink will be much higher than what you gonna get. Don't even bother looking at those nice pictures, because what you gonna get is going to be from another dimension anyway. Oh, and the burnt coffee fans would find their joy here too.
