Shocked. Tried to return an item to men’s store. Wouldn’t let me. Had receipt. Won’t be returning. They should fire whoever is running the men’s department. Extremely rude service. Honestly shocked!

Nordstrom was almost empty! Nordstrom and other stores should know $ 300 for a small cotton shirt that was being made in India, which probably cost about $5 or less in this economy is ridiculous! When do you want to lower your greedy act and think of people who made these clothes and your own people, the people in the United States!

The ladies in the lingerie (Skims) section were so nice! They acknowledged my sister and I and made us feel very welcome. One of the associates checked their back stock for a size and color we were looking for. 10/10 experience!
The reason why I give 3 stars—
When we went to the (younger/ trendy) mens section on the third floor. The associate was very standoffish, he was just watching us the entire time. But, he made sure he was there to help us when it was time to pay. I know that associates get commission. Pretty weird experience in the mens section.

I had a customer service issue that was a bit thorny, with the parties to blame mostly being Nordstrom’s customer service phone line and the product’s manufacturer (Nuna)… But Nyeishia from the kids department handled the situation really masterfully. We found a solution in the end, and I’m grateful for her help!

First time going to this Nordstrom and last time. I was shopping with my family and you had multiple employees standing around talking to each and not asking if we needed any assistance. I've been a Nordstrom customer for ages and this is the worse I've seen. Costa mesa and Fashion island are the BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe they need training and a manager on the floor. I hate writing bad reviews but I sat on it over the weekend & figured Upper management needs to know. Thank you!

I visited the Kiehl's counter to purchase some of my favorite products and Yvonne was amazing. I really like this shopping area and it wasn't terribly crowded.
