I recently purchased a pair of Oakley glasses in store and was very impressed with both the service and the product. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and helped ensure the perfect fit. Anthony the Optician was top notch in the Glendale Galleria Location. He assisted me with my RX eyeglass purchase and order in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for guidance on rx lenses

Joseph store manager of Oakley, Glendale, went above and beyond. Very satisfied with his service.first i called the store if they can help me out with the purchased lens to install, he told me, he can take a look. When i went to the store, he explained to me that as per policy of Oakley they can’t fix the lens that’s not Oakley product. I fully understood, nevertheless he offered me a tool to fix the lens by myself. When i was fixing the lens he even checked with me is everything ok? After i fixed the lens and returned the tool. He told me he will clean the lens that i fixed. I didn’t purchase anything from that store but the service was unbelievable. On my way out Holbrook Metal, Gun, Black, Polarized catch my attention and i ended up buying that sunglasses. No plan of buying a shades as i have several Oakley shades at home. Because of their superb service i must buy something from that store as i thank you to them. Pedro assisted me and his service was exceptional and suggested some good cases for my brand new sunglass and i took his advise. I can’t thank them enough and for sure this store will be on my top of my list. Thank you Joseph and Pedro.

I had such a great experience at the Oakley store thanks to Joseph! He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I was having a hard time choosing the right pair, but he took the time to walk me through all the options, gave honest feedback, and never made me feel rushed. Thanks to his help, I found my new favorite sunglasses. Amazing customer service — thank you, Joseph!
