This place is awesome! I just played an event here this past Saturday night and everything was great! The people were amazing, the staff was top notch, and the food was incredible! Can't wait to be back.

Food was so good! Wait service was over the top! Had to wait for the meat dishes at buffet 15-20 minutes 10-20 people with plates half filled waiting. It was nice talking with everyone while we waited. Very beautiful

I came here with my beautiful Sissy, Melineh H, to attend Pasadena Humane's annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser. I don't golf so I just went to the cocktail party/dinner which also included a silent & live auction. The Club house is very nice and the course is beautiful & well maintained. It was an open bar, so we grabbed some cocktails. Sam, the bartender, was fabulous! He had such a great personality! My Lemon Drop Martini was ice cold. Perfect for the summer afternoon. It went down easily. Drinks in hand we browsed through the silent auction items, played with the kittens that were available for adoption, and enjoyed the passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner was outside on the terrace, which provided a lovely view. We started with the Mountain Salad (mixed greens, caramelized pecans, apples, & dried cranberries with a balsamic vinaigrette.) Since neither of us eat meat we requested the Vegan dish, which was grilled tofu with tomato sauce and seasonal veggies. For dessert we had a choice of Chocolate Olive Oil Cake or New York Cheesecake. Sis got the Chocolate cake, and I selected the Cheesecake so we could try them both. Everything was tasty.The live auction was held during dinner, which was fun. You really get caught up in the excitement of it all. The event was a success, and a significant amount of money was raised to support this wonderful organization. We had a great time and made some new friends. We were also incredibly happy that one of the kittens got adopted and would be going to a wonderful home! #AdoptDontShop

Attended a private large-ish family event here. It was the perfect size. Large enough but still intimate with indoor seating for the more weather sensitive older folks and outdoor seating with amazing view of the course.

I have to revise my opinion from five years ago. We have a brand new chef and he is doing a marvelous job at revising the menu and cooking dishes to perfection. My salmon was wonderful, light, tender, not over-cooked. I asked for the for the beurre blanc sauce and they delivered. Pork chop is the most gigantic piece of meat I've ever seen. Comes on the bone in a delicious sauce. The hot apple pie and vanilla ice cream were my off-diet treat...first sweet in two weeks and boy, was the indulgence worth it! Oakmont is a true family club. Like many of their older members we have grown old with our children here: birthdays, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, baby showers, you name it! We really enjoy this club.
