My daughter and I went to the Olive Garden to eat before going to the AMC theater to see the new "Ghostbusters" movie (it was very good !!). We got entrees that came with the never ending Soup and Salad choices. As always, the salad was delicious, the bread sticks were warm, soft and lightly seasoned with garlic and were served with the marinara dipping sauce. My daughter ordered the fried, stuffed ravioli as an appetizer. It was pretty good but they were a bit hard for my liking. I couldn't really tell if the filling was good because of the toughness of the pasta. My daughter ordered the lasagna and she liked it. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was a little soft for my taste but was still delicious. I also had the Minestrone soup and it was the best thing I had to eat there that night. The reason for the 5 star rating was the amazing, attentive service we received from the entire staff from the host who seated us to the to the waiter who got our orders to us with a warm smile and friendly, short conversation every time to, last but certainly not least the Manager (I wish I had thought to write down everyone's names!). The manager made sure to stop by each and every table to make sure everything was going well and tasted good. The waiter and manager were both attentive enough to make us feel like we mattered to them as diners but not so attentive as to be intrusive. Perfect service in my opinion!

Wendy did an amazing job! She was very prompt, charismatic and kind with our children. She made sure to have a genuine conversation and always had a smile. She is shockingly super fast! What a great member to have in any business.

Had a great visit here. The manager was one of the best I've seen in a long time, similar to pre 2020 service. It seemed that issues that arose were handled well. We felt like we were appreciated guests in the restaurant. We had great service and really enjoyed our visit.

Wendy was our waitress and she was amazing and the best! She was quick, fun, and efficient. We really appreciate her! Thank you Wendy! Also get the Italian margarita it is the best!!!

My family was waiting a long time, like 15 minutes on the table, and nobody helped us, so I had to get up and told the staff for help, so they told me it was a mistake. Finally, a lady came by to help us. I waited 15 minutes, they didn't even have hot ones and 1 afternoon for waiting outside with my daughters and they gave the table to another family and my hungry daughters, bad service and poor ethics.
