Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). Good customer service and knowing how to prioritize are very important to me and they deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Peter, good job to the Pacific Auto body & paint team.

Loved this repair shop, used their service both for my car engine maintenance and body repair. They have professional tools, for painting using strong computer to match the color. Mark, Alex,Peter and whole team are there to help you to fix car very professionally, fast and without nightmare. Thank you for 5 star service gentlemen! Professional team, they can repair, paint and maintain your car and I think it’s one of the bigger repair shops in the area with reputable history! Working with them is very comfortable because they are professional that knows their business well!

Dropped my car off on the weekend, got a free estimate in 5 min. Alex was very professional and got straight to the point. Left the car at the shop for 5 days and couldn't be happier with the results. Painted the scratch, fixed the glass, and washed the car. The car looks brand new when I picked it up! The whole process was very quick and easy, would definitely recommend PAB for any car related issues!

Highly recommend Pacific Auto Body. My car was hit overnight and I went to a few different places for repair quotes. Alex and Peter were very friendly, honest and made the experience easy and painless. My car looks better than it did before the accident and they even gave it a car wash before returning it to me. Their pricing was the best of all the quotes I received and they did the work quickly. It's not always easy to find auto repair companies you feel like you can trust and I definitely trust these guys!
