This Panera was ridiculous. They didn’t have any plugs that worked and they did that ON PURPOSE. The only ones that worked were in this room called the sun room, which was a meeting room that they wanted you to pay for even if there wasn’t a reservation. Maybe they’re losing money and trying to find more ways to make customers pay for things but I’ve never had this happen to me at a Panera restaurant before,

This place is a dump and makes Glendale look bad. 99% of the outlets don’t work. Management doesn’t care and it’s been like this for ages. When I asked for the restroom code, the worker just mumbled it and kept walking, didn’t even stop or look at me.

Something I just need to bring to awareness is that some of the drinks taste awful, like they’re spoiled and rotten. If you go to this one on Brand and California in Glendale expect or prepare to expect drinks to taste nasty. It’s the fourth time I’ve came within a year of this with the drinks tasting like just soda and water.**Don’t get me wrong the staff are nice and the food is still the same, just their drinks are always nasty.**

Spacious interior with a small patio. Service is friendly, but there is a feeling of being profiled as a low-income or homeless customer. Their power outlets are off, seemingly to discourage these types of people from coming and sitting for any extended period - how can really tell who-is-who as a customer. You can't! Expect to see the manger(s) patrolling around.

3.5/5It’s been a while, having visited a Panera location, got a gift card here from a friend and decided to bring the partner, niece and nephew. Ordered – halfsies; Chinese chicken salad, tomato soup w a baguette. Chicken avocado sando with turkey chili, kids size mac n cheese with chips and cheese flat bread. Total came out to about $55 but with the gift card $25 out the door which wasn’t bad for all that food! The customer service was superb, the only thing this location needs to work on is I think people come in and actually steal others food or the workers are not paying attention to who grabs the food. They do hand out vibrating pagers. The only reason why I am bringing this up is clearly this happened to us, when my partner went up to grab our food there was a gentleman that just said yes, his name is “Sara” and took my sando and chili, they had to make another but was kind enough to bring the food over with extra mac and cheese and a cookie for the kids, the manager kept apologizing why do I think this has happened before?

It has been recently remodeled but is almost the same as before. It needs to be updated, not just remodeled. Their target audience is seniors... all day long. Nothing that attracts the attention of young people.

I have been to Panera one other time and the only reason I came in was because I saw power outlets at almost every table. I thought, perfect we can get dinner and my daughter can plug in to do her homework. So we order really overpriced (skimpy salad $15, “dinner” baguette “$17 and fountain drinks $5 each. I thought that’s fine, I don’t mind paying a little extra after all who else has power outlets anymore?Well….. NOT Panera anymore. Great work corporate scumbags! In your effort to “discourage” homeless people aka Hatred of Homeless, you have eliminated me too!Good because your bread sucks!! All bread is not supposed to be sweet!! Also, different bread is supposed to have different densities, different crusts, taste different etc. Panera, bread types don’t mean just the SHAPE of the bread! All of your alleged bread tastes like it’s from the same chemical squeeze tube. Is it actually food? Panera is too cheap for power outlets so their bread is probably made from some kind of silicone waste they get a subsidy for using.I felt sorry for Panera’s employees. Apparently they don’t like the new “no power outlets” proclamation from the Panera Corporate Vampire Barons, I talked to two of them and they expressed how much less Dine-in business there was and how much more difficult it is to vacuum with no outlets.Panera and Starbucks Hate Homeless more than they like their customers. Stupid move you fat greedy scumbag a-hole idiots!

Tables are so dirty and no one around to clean them ew! I rather go to another location even if I have to drive further! Asked for the table to be clean and I had to stand waiting, then they left it all wet. They already don't have to take orders so I guess they're just lazy!

Ordered on door dash and what a disappointment. Food is nothing like the photos. Tiny portions sizes so you are left hungry. The fruit salad for $6.20 was ridiculously tiny. Do better!
