I should give them 5 stars but there is always room for improvement in my opinion...We, as a family, are content with the six place Round Poker Table personalized to our design. Design, quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. It took a while to be delivered from LA to Texas but the waiting made it even more enjoyable. Decided to purchase the chairs in our hometown and believe we did a good job as well.Thanks to David in particular for his suggestions and personal involvement in the process.Room for improvement : Delivery time.Would definitely recommend Pharaoh USA for Poker tables to anyone.Keep up the good job!

Ordered an 8' pool table-- took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait. Great installer crew who delivered and assembled. Very happy with the purchase.

Buyer beware. David of Pharoah will lie to you over the phone, and go as far as to quote you IN WRITING in an email quote, accept your 50% deposit, and then jack up your pricing after the table is built, threatening to refund your money. Not only am I filing a better business bureau complaint, but also filing with the California Department of Consumer affairs for bait and switch tactics as well as UDAP which is unfair and deceptive acts and practices. Lastly my attorneys are involved and will file for damages. Do not do business with these people!!

After a couple of months of research, I finally landed on Pharaoh USA to build my custom billiards table. The table looks awesome - modern and sleek - and I have received numerous compliments. The felt, however, had really bad shedding and showed significant wear after only a couple of months. Pharaoh stood behind their product, was super responsive and replace the felt with a higher grade with no additional cost to me. That's what I call service! Definitely recommend to anyone that wants a unique billiards table. Thank you Alex for all your help and support!

I called and Spoke to John the General Sales Manager. We were looking for a whole game room set up with pool table, poker table and bar and after reading the reviews and checking out their website decided to call. We were glad we did. John asked if we were local and if we could come into the show room as there are endless design/color combinations and everything is made to order. Its just like buying a luxury car, you don't do it over the phone. My husband and I visited the show room and were pleased with the professional service by John and his brother Art. Family owned business for over 20 years. We are extremely happy with our new game room and receive compliments from friends and family all the time. Superb Quality, Excellent Customer Service, $$$ but worth it as you get what you pay for. Thank you Team Pharaoh, Marina and Henry

I wasn't sure what kind of pool table to buy at first but i was shown so many beautiful examples that i fell in love with all of them! I love my husband he tries really hard to make me happy and he worked with pharaohusa to build me a master piece that I have fallen head over heals for it. I invite all my friends over to show off my new pool table and i have become really good at playing now. Thank you Pharaoh!! You guys are awesome! I'm thinking of having a blackjack table build now and maybe turned our guest room into a gaming room! I'll be contacting you guys shortly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... let this serve as a warning.. I know your sitting at home relaxing enjoying your day looking for a good company to custom build your poker table... this is NOT the place to buy it.. they will tell you everything you want to hear and not follow up with their promises..

I've been working with Pharoh/Nationwide Gaming for the past 7 years. The table quality is top of the line; however the pricing has gone through the roof with 30-40% price increases in the past few years. I guess that is what happens with no local competition. I've recently looked outside of CA for a supplier due to this and spotty customer service. Andrew All-In Productions Casino Rentals, LLC
