Horrible experience! Paid a huge amount to ship my package. Once my credit card statement arrived I realized my receipt did not match what I was actually charged. I asked for an updated receipt and they were VERY RUDE ABOUT IT. Do not use this business. Very unprofessional.

This place is the best! The owner is extremely helpful and patient, he spent a lot of time with me figuring out the cheapest and best option for what I was trying to do. Best of all - Bert the shop cat is the sweetest, cutest cat I've ever met, and will work hard to inspect all of your packages. Easy parking, too!

This place is a great one stop shop for all things postal, supplies, and keys. They even mail boxes that you can rent! I had a huge painting to ship and Robert at Postal Pack n Ship helped me out, packed it up beautifully in a box with appropriate "fragile" and "this side up" stickers. I also had two keys copied and bought some supplies. We were in and out within half an hour for all of that. There's also a free attached self-parking lot that is shared with the other businesses. I recommend!

Ok, this is a lovely, locally owned business. Felt homey. Inside, the gentleman helping me ship a package to Canada was thoughtful and informative. Offered all options available. As i was signing my customs forms, I looked down to see THE MOST ADORABLE CAT. Her name is Bert. --SHIP HERE JUST TO CUDDLE AN ADORABLE CAT WHILE WAITING. I mean 10/10 for friendliness and cuddles. She even let me pick her up! Oh my god. I'm never going anywhere else in the future. See you soon, little Bert!

Not abiding by LA County's mask mandate. I walked in and was horrified. Neither the man behind the counter nor the customer lingering talking to him even had masks around their necks. LA County is currently reporting 23% positive test rates. Masks are not optional.

I have had a post box at this location for few years. I also use their other services such as packaging and posting stuff. Excellent customer service. Always willing to help. The owner goes above and beyond for the customers. Always welcomes you. I highly recommend this place.

Not abiding by Glendale mask requirements. Shop owner and customer were not wearing mask when I was about to go in, so I decided to just go to fedex down the street. Funny enough as I reached for the door handle to come in I saw him sneezing, again, without a mask. Other customer was paying, too without a mask. I felt like I was in Curb You Enthusiasm

One of the rudest shop owners I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was in town on business and had to ship a laptop out and Steve was dismissive, rude and flat out racist to the customer before me. I walked out and went to the UPS store. If you feel like using the N-Word is OK then THIS is your spot. If you AREN'T a giant racist then maybe go elsewhere. Update: Looks like I got the name of the guy wrong but the owner being so quick to call me a liar sort of proves my point.
