Yall. This is my new spot. I am in love with my nails. I prayed to Jesus before I went into this appointment because I just couldn’t handle any disappointment it can be so hit or MISS in LA with nails. Will the shape be right? Will they cut me with that drill? Is it clean? Will they cater to my need to try different colors with an attitude? And most importantly CAN THEY SHAPE THE NAILS?! 💅🏽 My tech Van did everything right! She was a pro and it was my first time. She stayed late for me and I am so in awe of how she stayed late AND stayed meticulous. She tried different chromes on me and made sure it was what I liked. Customer service truly makes an impression and I loved the prices! I got dip on my natural nails with chrome for $65! I am so happy and feel girlyyy and ready for summer. 😍😍

It was my first time at Pristine Nail & Spa. Wow, I've never been so impressed. Everyone there is so sweet and talented. If you want great nails, I would highly recommend coming here. Scarlet is very talented with free hand designs. Thank you!

Ive been coming here for years and must say Diana and her team are the best. All the nail technicians are professional and they do an incredible job every time i come in. Their work is always top tier. I love Pristine Nails! Best nail Salon in Glendale and that ive been to.

I went last Sunday. Although the technician was nice she only did 2 coats on my gel manicure . The color is not opaque. She seemed like she was in a rush. It was about 4:30 , seemed like she was ready to go out the door. The appointment was set for 4:15 pm. I wouldn't recommend for a gel manicure maybe something else

Customer services was not well received. I walked in when they opened up on August 6,2024 and they looked at me didn't say hello or acknowledge my presence just what do you need? I told them asked me to come back in three hours ! What? Nail techs should be there for the customer when open. Will not be going back. I went to Nancys across the street got what i wanted which were curved nails. I was welcomed in and took a seat and asked if i wanted water to drink. It was a hot morning. I will be going back to where my business is appreciated. Thank you.
