We switched from Sparkletts due to poor service. We are very satisfied with the switch we made to this water service. It is easy to communicate with them which is what I like. Unlike other companies they are always punctual with deliveries and always leave the right amount of bottles we ask for.

Great water and Great delivery service! Tastes great! Great price! I would give 5 stars except for the Accounting Dept. who just doesn't respond to emails regarding my account. It seems like every month my invoice is incorrect and I'm billed for bottles that were previously paid for. My many emails go unanswered and no one answers the phone - there is only VM. I will continue for now and hope that maybe this public post will get someone's attention. I wish their customer service for Accounting was as good as their delivery people and if it gets better I will update my post.

My family and I have been enjoying this service, and are very satisfied with the quality of their water.
Since we started, they were upfront about costs and how their process works, so we never felt blind-sided. As we used their service, the ease of communication and payment allowed us to live worry-free while enjoying their amazing water.
Sarko is well-attentive, communicative, and always on-time with our delivery. My schedule is generally hectic, so I always appreciate his responsefulness and reminders.

Just found them on google & placed an online order for spring water in glass bottles! Great price, friendly staff & best of all delivery came the next morning! I’m super stoked to have found these guys. No more dealing with non responsive customer service centers, and over paying.
Ps they don’t charge crazy additional fees or bottle deposit. Dispenser rentals for 12$ a month, & will replace my hand pump if it ever breaks!!

Pure Waterfall has been great. My family enjoys the taste of the water, not to mention it feels good knowing we are giving our young children cleaner water that what's running through the old plumbing in our city. Sarko is so great with delivery - he calls to double check if we forget to put our bottles out, he tucks the delivered water to the side in the shade, hidden and out of the way, or he'll carry the water in for me if I happen to be at home. Though it was an impulse purchase initially, we are very happy and have kept our subscription going. I highly recommend it.

We’ve shopped around the SFV area EXTENSIVELY in order to try and find a quality water service that was reasonably priced. In particular, we love alkaline water. When we found Pure Waterfall, we felt like we found a hidden gem. They serve/deliver the best tasting alkaline water for a great, fair price. Love them!
