the building by it self it was very clean, the unit 205 where they take blood, it was very clean with many chairs to seat and wait, i like the self checking system, and the person who helped me, i guess her name was Lilit, i didnt ask her name i just heard her name from other workes. she was very nice with great attitude and patient with me.

I am really disappointed with the bad attitude of the personal and long waiting time. I checked in with my DL and my insurance card, and after 1 and a half hours waiting, they told me that they don't take my insurance. No personal to ask questions or anything.

Patricia was wonderful when my son started to feel faint doing everything she could to make him feel better. Truly shows what an amazing nurse she is.

First time at this location. Booked my appt online. Arrived 20 mins prior to my appt at 10:40 for a drop off and checked in using the confirmation code from the email (i am signed up for email and text reminders and like having multiple ways to check in) I was seen promptly and was out the door by 10:40. Regardless of location- If you book your appts online you will have a much smoother experience!

I wanted to make an appointment for a drop-off and there was nothing available in the Glendale area. I called they told me that if it was a drop-off there was no need for an appointment. I just needed to sign in as a medical professional ( which I am) and they would take my specimen. At 6:35 am I had to drop off a specimen that needed to be refrigerated I signed in as I was told. A Hispanic lady called my name at about 10 min and when she found out that it was my personal specimen told me that I needed to make an appointment. I told her there was nothing available she said I KNOW we don't have anything available. She also mentioned that I was a specimen for a doctor and someone else was dropping it off that would be fine ( nonsense, so I needed to ask someone else to drop off my specimen and that is fine but I can't drop off my own specimen). She told me I needed to sign in as a walk-in and I waited until all the appointments were done. I think Quest needs to reevaluate their eemployees if they are fine with letting the specimen that needs to be refrigerated wait for 2-3 hours outside. Very unorganized and disoriented employees.

Arrive on time and there were 7 people in front of me base on the monitor. 25 minutes later when my name was the first (on the top of the list) it was disappears from monitor and it took another 30 minutes to be call when I was trying to call supervisor. During my wait time several people left the premises (they were sign right in front of me) and were called in while I was moving to the top of the list. Sins my name disappears another patients were called in even though they were scheduled to the later time. The worker was cheating and preventing me to be called on time.

I had scheduled an appointment. They took me in as scheduled. I was very happy for that. The nurse was very pleasant. I felt no pain at all. Unfortunately 5 days later my arm is still blue black, the location where she took blood.

This place is super shady with their billing. I had some blood work performed by UCLA about a month ago, and was only billed $50, so tell me why this lab charged close to $200? I would have stayed with UCLA but it was faster to get a specialist appt not within UCLA and therefore go through another lab. I called my insurance and verified I’m in network with both Quest and UCLA, my insurance has not changed, and they verified that the Quest visit shouldn’t be that much so call back in a few days when the claim goes through. Also super sketchy, when I had the pre-appt check in on the website, I was quoted $90 and to pay ahead. So why is it so different on day of appt for the same lab tests? Something doesn’t add up.
I just feel that it’s wrong to take advantage of people who aren’t feeling very well, and had i not done previous lab work elsewhere I probably wouldn’t have known. So either Quest itself or this specific location is overcharging.

1 Star review is too much for this hell hole. I give it a ZERO star! I am an 87 year old patient who came in fasting for a blood draw. I waited in the waiting room for 4 hours and did not get my blood drawn and was forced to leave after feeling faint. The service is non existent they are rude and ruthless and do not put the care for others first. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! This reminds of health care in a communist country 60 years ago.
Horrible horrible horrible!!

Patty at this location (if that's her real name) latina with black hair,, at 800 South Central ave #205 needs an attitude adjustment towards customers that pay her paycheck, along with other customers that are complaining online/at the location/on the website. Multiple customers asked if they are not taking any walk ins, we were waiting close to two hours and the walk in line has not moved not even one person, people with appointments were not being taken in on time and this place needs to be organized and/or sent to training so they can learn how to talk to patients in a calm and understanding way, I manage a national automotive chain with 17 employees and deal with retail customer day in and day out, and to have an employee like this, even when you are busy, to respect other people when they are talking to them, she told a lady customer that she was rude and LIED that she was rude and it was "Patty" that wasbeing rude and raising her voice at the patient, so I had to stand up for the patient that I didn't know. I left quest diagnostics for her rudeness to people and i will not give my hard earned money to quest diagnostic until they train their employees in how to talk to customers, because this is not the way you treat customers and I came to a small blood lab on Arden and actually paid extra money out of pocket because my insurance was out of network and did not cover. I will never go to Quest Diagnostic again and I recommend everyone not to go, if you don't have to, specifically this location at 800 South Central Ave in Glendale, CA.

Worst service ever! Though the nurse was a professional she was so rude. I prefer not to go to that lab ever.
