The absolute worst location. I had an appointment at 12 noon. I checked in at 11:50 am using one of their tedious kiosks. After checking in, I sat down.At 12:15 pm I received a text advising me that I was more than 10 minutes late and as a result, lost my appointment. I looked up at an electronic board that clearly showed I had checked in. I also noticed that there were people waiting who had appointments at 11:20 am, 11:30 am, 11:50 am and 11:55 am and though already after 12 noon, had not been called. This meant that though they made appointments, these people were still waiting to be seen.At 12:30 pm I noticed that my name continued appearing on the electronic wait list along with a message that disclosed that I and the others on the list would be seen within 60 minutes. I left the office.Why make an appointment if this office is incapable to process reservations in a timely manner? This is also a small office with a narrow and cramped waiting room. Couple that with the laxity with which they do business and all this location is able to do is create an inconvenient experience for clients. Really awful place.

The lady who helped us was not friendly, rude and she opened a bag of sterile pads with bare hands after touching everything else this has to be a safety hazard.

You make an appointment and you still have to wait a long time to be seen. Usually it's 10 minutes at a doctor's place but not here , be prepared to wait over 30 minutes. If you don't speak English they blow you off and give you attitude. I witnessed this twice while my hour long wait. It's really dirty and the waiting room is always full. What's the point of scheduling if we won't be seen on time.

Plan on waiting over an hour after your scheduled appointment time. Zero attention paid to patients. The waiting room is abysmal as well. Do not come here. Try another location.

This used to be a good lab. It no longer is. Hour + behind on appts both days I was there this week. RUDE staff, not helpful at all.BEST PART: They took my insurance on Tuesday, did bloodwork etc. Came in today to drop off my specimens...AND THEY SAY THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE. Doesn't matter that I'm holding THEIR specimen jug or that they did on Tuesday.Soooo my specimens are useless and I have to start over next week.QUEST STINKS. GO TO LABCORP.

800 Central was the best of the Quest labs in my area (Glendale) but it has now has fallen to Quests normally abysmal standards. Was there twice this week with appts and both times waited well over an hour. (They clearly don't have breaks scheduled properly to keep the place moving) Oh but that's not the best part....Went to turn in the specimens today and they refused to take them. The woman (short, short hair, Armenian, perpetual scowl on her face and clearly soulless) claimed they don't take my insurance. Um...they took it on Tuesday when I did bloodwork and got the take home tests. They took it in December. They took it last summer. She couldn't have been more rude about the situation. Said she wasn't there on Tuesday so not her problem and to take my jug of urine and go. Will never ever attempt to go to Quest again. And hey Quest! You can blame your horrific boo hag of an employee...who was at this location at 1:30 pm on 1/12 and I am betting you know her by the description alone... for the fact that it is now my mission to talk people out of using your lab.

Really upset with the customer service here. The receptionist Lili was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told her I want to let the company know what's going on here she even tried to threaten me with "I have your name and your doctor's info". Absolutely ridiculous, especially for the medical field. And the worst thing is she spoiled the impression because the phlebotomist was really good, helpful and professional.

Waited over 2 hrs and I wasn't seen. Rude staff. They hide behind a locked door. Go to the ER or DMV for better service

Worst customer service. Disorganized, rude, inefficient. I've been to other labs with the process taking no more than 5 minutes. This place should be closed down. It's dirty and run down.

It was a horrible experience from Lillit she doesn’t have any manners of how to talk to people so I don’t even know why she is even wearing that uniform. However all the other workers were very nice.

If I could rate under 1 star, I would do that. I've been here waiting more than 1 hour to get an empty stool culture container. I am pretty sure more than one person is working there. This is not acceptable.
