I stopped by without an appointment to drop off a sample. It was the last hour of the day and they took me in. I interacted with two different team members and they were efficient and kind. I appreciate their great attitude after what I'm sure has been a long day.

Where to begin? This company can care less that their appointment scheduling system is terribly flawed and broken. After registering for an appointment eight days prior, I show up to have the automated system say that it can't find me in their system. After calling, I was told that my confirmation should have some six digit code. The person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful at all and transferred me back into the call system instead of transferring me to a supervisor or someone who would take my feedback. The main reason I was calling was to bring to their attention that their system may have some bugs, but it appears that they really do not care at all. Many reviews mention how the workers at this location are rude, but I'm thinking it may all be rooted in this awful company. "See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them." -- Jerry Seinfeld

I was in & out in 10 minutes, but I had an appointment and did some research before coming. Minus one star because this location isn’t signed well, and the office is kind of sad but it’s fine if you don’t have high expectations. The person who saw me was pleasant and quick.Tips:1 - Create a Quest account online, and fill in your insurance info. You’ll receive a digital link to check in day of, or else you’ll have to check in at the digital kiosk and may need to show insurance which takes more time.2 - My appointment was in the morning, the waiting room wasn’t too busy. And I got there a little earlier than my appointment time3 - When you get to the building, enter and take elevators down to level B & follow signs for “Quest Laboratory”4 - Check that your doctors office already put in lab orders with Quest (my doctors office emailed me a copy beforehand)

I had a very positive experience here as a walk in. The tech was incredible, very welcoming and drew my blood quickly without any pain. I was impressed with her skills. Before coming to this location I went to another Quest in Glendale and had a very bad experience, the walk in line was not moving at all, it was too crowded, the stuff was rude.

I hate this place. Arrive on time, follow the instructions and sit and wait. Then you can watch a dozen idiots who can't follow simple instructions, monopolize the plebomiats time ti hwpp rhem chekc in and the insist on being seen immediately. And then they are.

Hello all. If you ever want to see attitude, or you have plenty of time to waste, this is the place. Unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional. They don't care you have time or not it's not important. I won't recommend you go there. Choose another office or another diagnostic center. I entered as walk in, one employee came out & refused me at 3:30, saying we don't accept walk ins after 3:30 while they close at 4pm.

I had an appointment scheduled, but apparently my appointment was cancelled while I was checking in to the kiosk. So then I got put into the walk-in queue. Well I've been waiting a long time. I don't want to leave because I've been fasting. Someone just came out and told me I didn't finish the check in process which I did on the kiosk but of course that didn't work. So now I've checked in a third time. Still waiting. It's been hours. What really broke my heart though is that an elderly couple tried to check in on the kiosk and had problems as well. I tried to help them but they were so upset they just left. They seriously need a live person in the waiting room and to test people like human beings.

The building itself is a little confusing but once you find the Quest I found it to be fast and efficient. The workers were very nice and thorough. I always make an appointment prior to going to any Quest and I barely have any issue signing in digitally once in the reception area.

Sylvia stated my mom's lab order was not in the system. I suggested she searched under both of my mom's both last names, together and she would not do it. She insisted on having done so already. She waisted out time by calling my mom's doctor's office who indicated lab order already sent electronically and to search under my mom's both last names together. When I asked her why she didn't do as I originally suggested which was exactly what the doctor's office suggested, she said they still have to make sure. Very uncooperative individual.

Rude workers. Worst place I have ever been to. They need to find a job they actually like so they can have a better positive attitude. Most definitely never coming back and recommending everybody against this place.

This place sucks. Came on time with an appointment but they told me I had to register as a walk in. I showed them my appointment, and I was having trouble checking in. Instead of helping me, they made a walk in? Are you serious? Their excuse was you passed 10 min from your appointment! My appointment was at 1:30, I spoke to them at 1:35! How is that 10 mins passed my appointment?

Terrible place. 2pm appointment gets called in 2:40, and walk-ins sit there for 2 hours
