Easy to park, easy to find the elevator, easy to check in, and Bianca (I think that was the phlebotomist's name) got the needle in first try, no pain ... all in all, an easy experience!

Very unprofessional place, took my pregnant wife there for blood test. Black lady in her 40s helped her and all that i can conclude is she sucks at drawing blood and when removing the needle she scratched her arm with the needle. Ask for somebody else when you’re there.

very busy, fully book location (1500 Central/Glendale) took 1 week+ to get appointment. However. the facility is well run, clean, "WORKS" & has ALL nice/considerate people working there......thank you

I never thought I'd leave a review for anyone who's taken my blood, but I had a very good experience with Quest Diagnostics in Glendale -- the 1500 S. Central Ave. location.
The building it's in was conveniently located and there was ample parking. I checked in on my phone and only waited about 2 minutes before being called in. There was only 1 other lady in the waiting room.
Once I was called in, I was greeted by this very friendly and hilarious lady named Carolyn. She made the experience so easy and comfortable, and she was very encouraging. We chatted while she was prepping, and I almost forgot I was there to get blood drawn. The whole thing was over before I knew it. She's very quick and professional, and the whole thing went very smoothly.
If you ever need blood drawn, go find Carolyn. I don't think she makes house calls, though.

This location was the worst. I was waiting for an hour for my turn even though I was a walk-in they didn’t take anyone after 5 o’clock. After 5 o’clock, they told the people that were waiting an hour or over an hour to come back another time. They were really slow and rude to everyone and someone who had an appointment, they didn’t even take them in either and when it hit 5 o’clock, which made no sense. They are lazy and unprofessional. I would never come back to this location.
