Walked in for kids' blood work used rhe self-service kiosks which pretty easy and fast to use. Since we didn't have an appointment, we were on Stand-By, so if someone cancels, we're in!!! In the first few minutes, I saw one of the staff members getting upset with an elderly woman asking her questions about coming to the wrong location for her appointment. The woman asked her if she could wait in standby, and the lady seemed put out to answer. So we helped her with getting her to the kiosk. Only 10 minutes later, an appointment was called, and they weren't here, so they meant one standby gets to go in :) the standby was called in and within seconds another one comes out calling the same person, and then a third comes out asking for the same person everyone in the waiting room explaining you already brought him in LOL.. So much for communicating amongst your co-workers... So we are next on the list, and both were called in. The kiddos were in 1 & 2, and we were handled with care, and blood was drawn and in and out painless for me and a small prick for them. Our experience was super painless, so I gave the location 5 stars, but I would say if they could be a little more patient with the elderly, the reviews here would be more like mine!!!

Phlebotomist should me more courteous. Wear you IDs so that we know your name and introduce yourselves and your position .Greet the patient politely (they are anxious to have your crochet -style poking).Even if you don't care, just fake it.You guys are paid by your patient's' insurance. If you're not happy being a phlebotomist, don't take it against the patient. Find another job.

Efficient, polite staff. Bianca was my phlebotomist with excellent skill at painless blood draw, clear answers and descriptions of tests my doctor ordered. I got in five minutes after my appointment time. Best advice: make an appointment on line before you go! The waiting room was full of people who came without appointments and had to wait more than an hour. The facility was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Parking garage next door.

This is a horrible facility! They are rude and unprofessional. They keep you waiting even though you have an appointment, and you just have to drop off the sample. I am now accruing parking charges due to bad customer service. The staff here need to get fired and replaced., and this lab should be shut down. The worst quest lab I have ever been to! Zero stars!

Two out of the three phlebotomists were rude. The date was wrong on doctor's order therefore they refused to see me until November although my doctor's appointment is on the 18th of this month. The supervisor said to call the doctor which was done. The doctor wanted to talk to them to give the okay. No one would answer the door. Quest policy to eliminate customer service. Therefore no receptionist. Finally someone an answered the knocks. She refused to talk to doctor saying she was too busy. Continued knocking and another one came out. That phlebotomist talked to him and listened to me. The other phlebotomists were rude and would not listen. The one that drew my blood was excellent, efficient at her job and was friendly. It was a very miserable experience. Would say go to another Quest but from reading reviews it appears that all Quest's locations are poor at dealing with public.

Avoid this location!! Today me and my wife went in to get blood draw for my 11 month old.. when we had our name called.. staff member advised me us only one parent allowed, Ok I stayed out, my son is crying on top of his lungs and I asked one of the staff that opened the door can I walk in to calm my son down? Her carelessness answer was no his fine we are taking care of him, and called the next patient, he is screaming the whole waiting room can hear my sons cry. Next my wife comes out crying staff that was drawing blood was so unprofessional, didn't know how to draw blood on a toddler, my wife told her you have the syringe stuck in his arm its not drawing blood take it out she refused and said something like " I know what im doing " anyways very horrible experience staff sucks there experience sucks ! I lil extra care goes a long way.

I was told by my doctor that I could just “drop off” my 96 yo mom’s stool sample at any Quest lab when I didn’t want to drive across town to drop it at the doctors office.I arrived at 10:40 and am still waiting at 11:21 to DROP OFF A SPECIMEN THAT HAS THE DOCTORS ORDER IN THE PACKAGE! All there covered by insurance….yet here I sit.Cold and callous is how I have been treated.Tip: 1 - you CAN’T just drop off a specimen.Tip: 2 - perhaps you will receive warmer treatment at another location.

Dear Evelyn,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your facility, Quest Diagnostics at 1500 S Central Ave Ste 326, Glendale, CA 91204. I believe it is important for you to be aware of the series of events that transpired during my visit on [Date: 08/15/2023].My infant child, L… Hakobyan, was unwell and had a high body temperature, leading our pediatrician to provide us with a referral for urgent testing, marked with the term "Stat" to emphasize the urgency of the situation. With this paper in hand, my family and I visited your facility, hoping to receive prompt attention given the critical nature of the circumstances.Regrettably, our experience at Quest Diagnostics was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival, we encountered your staff members Carolyn and Jill. Despite presenting the referral with the clear indication of urgency ("Stat"), both Carolyn and Jill were dismissive of our concerns and insisted on scheduling an appointment, disregarding the critical nature of our situation. Their lack of empathy and understanding was distressing, particularly given the condition of our baby and the urgency communicated by our doctor.Furthermore, both Carolyn and Jill displayed an alarming level of unprofessionalism. Their dismissive attitudes, unwillingness to listen, and even crying as a reaction to our request for immediate attention were completely inappropriate and unacceptable.Fortunately, our experience took a positive turn when a third staff member, Michelle, treated us with the respect and urgency that should have been shown from the outset. Michelle promptly attended to us, understanding the gravity of the situation and ensuring that our child received the necessary testing without further delay. I commend Michelle for her professionalism and empathy, which greatly contrasted with the behavior exhibited by Carolyn and Jill.I strongly believe that the lack of professionalism, empathy, and understanding demonstrated by Carolyn and Jill not only compromised our experience but also put our child's health at risk. As a concerned parent, I implore you to take immediate action to address this matter. It is essential that your staff receive proper training in handling urgent cases and treating patients with the compassion and respect they deserve, irrespective of the nature of their concerns.I kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate steps to prevent such instances from occurring in the future. As a loyal customer, I trust that you will take this matter seriously and prioritize the well-being of all patients who visit Quest Diagnostics.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing about the steps you will be taking to address the issues raised in this letter.Sincerely,Khachatur Hakobyan

Cold & callous here. I was told by my doctor that I could just "drop off" my 96yo mom's stool sample at ANY QUEST LAB!! Easy! So I pulled up to this location and left my mom in the car running in the loading zone & ran in to drop it off! Well, that was almost an hour ago!!!!!!!!!! . I informed them I was just dropping off; that the signed order was in the bag, but here I sit...waiting because I didn't have an appointment to DROP OFF A SPECIMEN!! This goes beyond unprofessional and goes into the zone oh cruel & expensive- as I am now accruing parking charges waiting to HAND OVER A STOOL SAMPLE! WTF?? Maybe DON'T go to this location...
