I did a walk in appointment Tuesday morning at 9:00. I was surprised to see the waiting room completely empty. Check in was easy at the kiosk, and I waited about 25 minutes to be seen. The room had a steady stream of people with appointments while I waited. Michelle helped me and she was friendly, professional and skilled. (Previous attempts to find my veins have proven a challenge for others.) Michele made the visit quick and pain free. Will use this office again.

Had to give fasting blood for a Dr. Appt 3 weeks away. The only morning appointment at Quest was 14 days out. When I showed for the blood draw, they could not find my reservation and I was told there would be no time for walk ins that day. No person to address it with either, just a kiosk with two options. Somehow blood drawing has become fully ensh!tified.

I misplaced the paper I wrote my appointment on, and now I can't find any info because I have no confirmation code!!! There is no live help on the phone. This place seems totally useless.

Terrible, terrible quest location with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in healthcare. I had to drop off a sample today, which I was told I didn't need an appointment for. After showing up, I was told I do need an appointment, and needed to sign in as a walk in. I signed in and proceeded to wait for 2 hours. By this time, other patients in the waiting room with appointments were asking me to go ahead of them, as the sample drop off would obviously be quick. After asking Eduardo, who works there, several times why I couldn't just drop the sample off, and him ignoring me repeatedly, I finally was able to speak to someone else. She spent 1-2 minutes to take the sample in the back, then she came back out and told me I had to leave and recollect it.2 hours of my day waiting for something that could have been solved with a 1-2 minute review. The people working at this location are awful and do not care about the customers they are servicing. Avoid this location and, Quest, think about shutting this one down.

I tried to make an appointment on-line, but the furthest I got was choosing a location. The website wouldn't let me choose a date or a time. So I called many times. The phone rang and rang when finally the automated system came on and told me to go on-line to make an appointment. CLICK. I was hung up on. So I just walked in (to an empty waiting room). I checked in and the "guy" came out and took in a patient and told me they don't take walk-ins after 1pm because he is the only one there. Uh, but there is nobody else in the waiting room. Can I wait? He told me to come back at 7am the next day. I told him I start work at 6:30. He left the room. It was against my better judgement to go to that place. I liked it when Quest was on Honolulu and in Vons. Never again! ZERO stars.

The two stars are for being taken in without an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The person who drew my blood was awful. He is a young short guy. He carelessly shoved the needle in my vein causing more pain than is necessary for a blood draw. I have prominent veins and my blood has been drawn multiple times without any issues. This is the first time I experienced so much pain from a simple draw, with the soreness still lingering.

This lab is sh....t they accept walking patients but not calling in keep them till the end of the day , if some of the appointment patients not coming they have spare, why they can do this they shouldn't accept them or respect people's time.

The technician who assisted me today was not a good technician and he should not be doing this type of work. He was more concerned with socializing with his coworkers than doing the job the correct way and he was unpleasant and asked like I was an inconvenience but he needs to pay attention to the patient and try being empathetic and patient not act like a diva. I don't understand why he was like that but this is not the right line of work for him because he was rude and maybe if he concentrated more on doing a good job then he could have found my vein on his own and not act like he was being inconvenienced. There are better ways to treat patients and I told him that my veins are deep and roll and he was unpleasant with my h pylori test so impatient. It's not easy to breathe into the bag and then close it immediately on my own when I have a damaged hand. Again he was unpleasant and rude and impatient and this is not the type of job for him.You also need to have a better system with the check in process.

The most unprofessional quest location. They ignore people without appointments. Make them wait for hours and when you ask when are they going to help you, they just give you an attitude. I hope corporate monitors reviews and will re train their stuff to be better at providing customer services and NOT TO IGNORE PATIENTS.

They say they allow walk-ins, but I waited for more than an hour with no one at the desk to help give me an estimate of time. Had to leave without being seen.

I brought a family member with a chronic condition that makes them extremely sensitive to pain. We know what to look out for to have a successful blood draw, and gave clear specific instructions to the phlebotomists. The first one failed on both arms and my family member literally threw up from the pain. The second one ignored our instructions and caused so much pain my family member went unconscious. Both phlebotomists had a know best attitude, ignored the patient and family, inflicted pain and distress, and failed to complete the blood draw. Never again.

I was 11 minutes late to my appt, my bad, I went to the wrong building! But, Quest wouldn’t work with me AT ALL! They were horrible! I’m here today for my rescheduled appt and they just turned away an elderly man in the same way! It was really SAD. He said he didn’t have a car! They coldly told him he could wait 3 hours with no guarantee of being seen. He walked away so sad!Where is the humanity? This is healthcare! If you can go elsewhere-run! I’m only here bc my doctor uses Quest, but I’m also discussing this with my doctor!Horrible customer service!

EDUARDO - who was working on Wednesday 2/16/23 - was plain terrible. I spoke w the supervisor afterward who apologized for Eduardo's lack of professionalism and decency and told me stat orders do not have to wait before all appointment patients are seen. So not only was he terribly rude but he told me incorrect info and had us wait over an hour for no reason. It was not even their "policy", his words. Kudos to Lilit who stepped in after hearing Eduardo's rude behavior. She was kind and professional! Quest - hire more people like Lilit!
