Worst front desk staff ever. Cynical behavior towards patients by lying to them over the phone. Lack of accountability and 100% no understanding what does it mean to be the face of any medical facility.

Waited 50 minutes at a morning appointment for a chest xray before they took me back. The actual xray took 5 minutes. They might as well only take walk-ins cause you won't get in any faster. I had another medical appointment that I missed. The staff was nice. The facility clean. Tips: There is a parking structure but they dont validate. The one street with parking has street sweeping Wednesday morning.

I wish I could give this place zero or less than zero stars. There is no reasonable parking, only a structure that charges $2.00/15 minutes. They text you to arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time so they could milk the parking money, and they charge $100.00 copay for a CT scan. This place is garbage compared to Labcorp and other options.

We had a disappointing experience at Glendale RadNet today. We arrived at 10:30 AM and checked in for an 11:00 AM MRI appointment. The front desk clerk asked us to wait and said we’d be called at our scheduled time. At 11:10 AM, I asked when my mom would be seen, only to be told that they were running an hour and a half behind. What frustrated me most is that I had asked 45 minutes earlier, and no one seemed to know what was going on.
The lack of communication and organization was unacceptable, especially when you’re dealing with patients who may already be anxious. I strongly recommend avoiding the Glendale office—try the Pasadena location instead. We’ve had a fantastic experience there. They were efficient, professional, and caring.

I recommend finding another RadNet facility if possible. The reception staff member that I dealt with barely made eye contact with me and started a conversation with other staff members. After driving through rush hour traffic, I was told that the x-ray machine was not working for hands. Then, she asked if I wanted to re-schedule. I don't know when the machine stopped working but I made the appointment that day and the facility did not call and cancel. Ifyou choose to go, check to make sure the equipment is working. BTW, the next day I went to the Marina Del Rey facility. My experience was a 5 star rating.

I wish I’d looked at these reviews before scheduling here. I’ve been to several RadNet locations all have been great. Close to an hour after my confirmed appointment and I’m still waiting. C’mon RadNet you can do better. Avoid this location. 👎🏻👎🏻

After I left my cd they told they will call after a month they never call I had to go to the office to ask what hapened with my appt. They did not have my cd they invent a story with an old manager and they did not have my imagines they did a new ultrasound to find out were the problem was and did the procesure after that I never got the results and here I am getting my results in the office

The desk staff is not very friendly and seem annoyed at any guest request or questions. I do not recommend, go to Radnet pasedena instead .

The most irresponsible and unreliable center ever! they canceled my procedure twice on last minutes, after waiting for 2 weeks after scheduling. Totally unacceptable and horrible service. Don't use this network, they don't care for patient and they don't pay any attention to patient cases.

The manager here judged me cause I wasn’t gonna keep the baby cause I was pregnant and needed X-rays as actually needed them cause I was in a serious crash and I had spine surgery cause my spine broke so of course my dr needed to see. They tried to give me the risks but I told them as I thought I wasn’t gonna get judged as they should be very professional, nope. It felt so awkward after I said I’m not gonna keep it cause I just couldn’t, he doesn’t know my situation and none of you guys needed to know but I thought since it was risky anyway and thought he’d be professional, why not? He walked out of the room and rolled his eyes and shook his head, Ik this cause my mom saw. She came in asking what was it about cause why is a manager doing that!? I wish I got his name but he had black slick back hair, Latino with glasses. There was another guy in there waiting to take my X-rays, he told my mom it wasn’t right that he did that and he said he went to tell him something. I totally forgot his name but he was super sweet, we were talking about our kids and everything but the MANAGER was so different. Horrible, Do not go here if u wanna be judged! Sooo unprofessional!

Had a wonderful experience with the front desk manger Elizabeth.She went out of her way to really accommodate me in making my appointment earlier and then making sure my results were expedited. Thank you Elizabeth you did a great job in helping me and I so appreciate your professionalism

Making an appointment??? Don't bother as it won't make a difference. I went to the office half an hour before my appointment, and 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting. And they don't validate for the expensive garage either.

The people that work here should feel embarrassed to call it their place of employment. They treat you like cattle. They severely over-book. Their scheduling system scheduled me because "sorry, a system does it when we don't answer the phone because we're too busy." I wonder why you're so busy.... Maybe you have too many appointments and clients for your staff. Read the reviews below mine to repeatedly confirm that fact. Anyway, the scheduling system didn't inform me of the mandatory 20 min time window to arrive before, or what a nightmare the parking is. You also have to pay to park if you park there..... So I called the number of the office to let them know I'd be ten late. They said just to check in. I did. Not only did they say they wouldn't see me. They said, surprise, you aren't ten late. You're thirty late because we have a policy that you have to be 20 min early. Then I said I wasn't told this prior to the appointment. Then they responded, "Yeah, sorry, the scheduling service doesn't usually tell people about the preparation or 20 minute rule." So I have to take off another day of work from my server job in a month just to get my breast scan. And I've waited three months so far just to see them today.

Arrived for a walk in X-ray - was relatively quick and easy. On my way out they handed me a sheet with login credentials and information that my results would be available immediately. After trying to use the login credentials I was given, on the third attempt, the credentials were frozen and I am now unable to access my results. I have called and left messages, sent messages to their websites "assistant" and haven't received a response. Go to a different facility if your doctor recommends Radnet.EDIT: I reached out to online "assistant" chat after I posted this review and was walked through the process. They gave me new login credentials which was helpful in accessing my results. Still a difficult and stressful process, but I had a different experience compared to some of these other reviewers.
