I want to share my gratitude for Samantha, the manager at Ralphs, who went above and beyond to help my 70-year-old dad with digital coupons. Despite not being tech-savvy, Samantha patiently assisted him and made sure he felt comfortable using the system. Her kindness and dedication to customer service truly made a difference, and we are incredibly thankful for her exceptional support. Samantha's outstanding service is a testament to the wonderful experience we had at Ralphs. Thank you, Samantha, for your exceptional assistance and for making our shopping trip memorable!

Look you'll get the groceries you need but it's not the cheapest on the market by any means. Ralphs, Safeway, Smiths (all the same just pending which state you are in) used to be somewhere you could get everything for about $20 but those days are long gone. This Ralph's is plenty clean and big enough to get what you need but it is cramped. The medicine isle is one of many jam packed with items that you need to pay attention to in order to avoid missing what it is you're looking for. The people are super nice though.

Needs better deli, fresher turnover, more light, more aisle space. Bakery is a maze. Produce improved butarea's aisles are too narrow. Wine selection is microscopic.

This location is one of the best location that I always go ! And all the employees are amazing and so helpful! Except this one employee with red hair by the name meme ! So rude and unprofessional I guess she was having a bad day today but definitely she doesn't deserve her job so disrespectful.

I came here just for the restroom. It's deep in the back of the store on the Starbucks side. It's near the stock room as you walk by the clearance section. I saw the men's room first but I'm sure the woman's isn't that far away. The men's restroom was decent. Although it was dark with one light on and trash on the floor. The toilet appeared to be clean and my feet didn't dangle off the ground. It had plenty of toilet paper but it was extremely thin as you know. The trash can was empty and not over flowing like other companies. The parking lot was packed but I managed to find a spot. I over heard employees greeting customers on my way out of the store. 12/10/23 12:25pm 73F 23C

I feel like I work at this Ralph's simply because there is always ONE checker but numerous self-checkout lanes. They kinda shove it up your nose more than the average grocery store. Please, just let me wait in line and get rung up like the good ol' days.

This is one of the better Ralphs locations in Glendale. I was visiting some friends not too long ago, and i stopped at this Ralphs. But it was not my first time here. Many years ago, i shopped here when i used to work out here. The grocery isles are usually full. Best and wonderful produce and meat areas. Deli food is fresh and good here. Customer Service here is supherb. Who know when i will be back. I live awfully far from Glendale. But i will do my best to visit my friends here often.

The 100% guarantee for fresh produce is a lie. I bought 2 peaches @ $3.39, and they took days to ripen, then when I cut into them they were stuck to the pit, and going bad. Presented pic and receipt and was told I needed to bring in the rotten produce!

This is a smaller and more special Ralph's. The building reminds me of a French Market in France. It's super cool. The items in the hot, deli, and bakery are more gourmet and unique than most of their other markets. I ordered a pick up/drive up order today. The items I bought said online that they were in stock, but I couldn't find them and others stores did not have them. I had a feeling they would not be available when the staff went to look for it . They are pretty rare. I was so surprised when Ryan called me to let me know he found a few and more! He didn't find it on the floor, so he went the extra mile to search in the back and made a mission to find my requests. I seriously can't believe he found them. He is a great crew member and so sweet and friendly! What an awesome employee to have! This will definitely make me shop at this location more. I appreciate your effort and help ! Shout out to Ryan in the online/pick up Dpt.! Woohoo!

BUYER BEWARE! Gift cards purchased here are not always processed correctly. I have experienced problems with two gift card purchases at this store.In one instance, an apparently tampered bar code was undetectably inserted into the gift card wrapper; and when the card was supposedly activated at check out, the purchased amount did NOT post to the gift card.In a second instance, a purchased gift card was apparently NOT activated during check out despite the payment transaction being charged to my bank credit card. To further aggravate the issue, the check out clerk failed to hand me the gift card activation receipt; so, there wasn't a way to remedy the problem.LESSONS LEARNED:1. Before purchasing, carefully inspect the gift card wrapper and see if there is any tampering of the bar code strip.2. At check out, always demand to receive (and read for yourself) the activation receipt.3. Demand that Ralphs (Kroger) improve the gift card purchasing process to appropriately protect consumers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've tried to give this location so many chances, but time and time again the same lack of customer service. Almost every person that works there is rude. They ignore you and if they happen to acknowledge or talk to you they act like you're bothering them. No smiles or attention is given to their customers, just attitude. The deli counter is the worst. After reading similar reviews, I'm surprised that management or corporate hasn't stepped in and initiated improvement or change. I hope someone in charge reads this and does something about it.
