Great service and friendly staff! feel bad for employees that have to deal with rude customers that give them a hard time with receipts and drinks, read their signs at the window people!!

They had dressing rooms closed. Only 2 open with a long line to try on clothes. Yo spend a lot of time waiting instead of buying. Really bad experience.

Keep in mind that when I give stars, it's always proportional to the type of business, and Ross is exactly what you would expect. You can find great deals and dress decently for any occasion. Those of you who have the patience to look through all the racks can find some really nice items. Sometimes, it's hard to find your size if you get there at the end of stock. The store has always been clean, and most of the time, it's in order. Occasionally, messy customers leave stuff out or even on the floor.

Very rude front security (female). We were visiting for the day and walked in with drinks (we’ve never had problems bringing drinks into any ross’s before) and one of the front security’s told my young niece in a rude attitude that there was no drinks allowed and rolled her eyes at us as she looked away. If we would have known we would not have walked in there with them, the attitude was NOT needed. It takes NOTHING to be a kind person. She also did it to someone else as we were walking out. If it is really a big problem to where you constantly keep having to tell people put a clear sign outside that they’re not allowed.

Came here with a group of 5 people we were all interested in buying a couple things, one of the older senior ladies in our group had a sealed drink brand new , "security lady mentioned we cant walk in with it " i asked if we can just leave it on the front table , while we shop
She said no that we can't leave it their , no compromise or anything just wanted us to leave
0 stars for the poorly trained "security Girl"

I was disappointed it looked like a place selling discarded trinkets, lots of damaged clothing and very little inventory in the 4 stores I visited. It seems that the business is in crisis or about to close, or perhaps they did not have any more inventory.

The alarm was going off the entire time I was there. I asked three employees to turn off, to no avail. So I am getting a blazing headache waiting in line. I have to go get ear plugs before my head explodes. I ask if they can hold my items for 20 min since the line is so long and they refuse to open the necessary cashiers to check everyone out, to which I am told no. So I run to my car and when I get back my items in basket are gone and so is the time i wastes finding what I wanted/needed. The only thing I left with was a migraine. Terrible customer service. Terrible way to run a store. Won’t be back.

I Usually always get boba from the near boba time and look around to shop at this ross. literally just left 10 minutes ago because the husky loss prevention guy and the girl next to him said we couldnt bring drinks inside the store. this was the first time ive ever heard this rule and second if this was the case why isnt their a sign posted at the entrance if thats the case? you have all these nearby shops and eating establishments nearby how are you going to turn away customers if we have these in hand…wont be going back to this ross. thank you for that lame shopping experience or lack of.

In this Ross I found several things for the family, I went around 8:30am so everything was more organized, I was able to find polo shirts at good prices and nice ones.
