Broken car wash. Cashier wouldn't bother listening when I tried to explain what was wrong. He just told me that it's supposed to be like that even though the description of the wash clearly states what's included.
I was told to come back tomorrow if I still had a problem with it.

It was better than I expected but had to tell the counter help to sell me gas while the other guy was asking questions about cigarettes prices. I spoke up and got my gas other the guy who was questioning price of cigarettes, not good customer relations, until I spoke up.

I had a terrible experience at this Shell Station with the car wash. The car wash failed to work, so I went inside to ask the clerk for help. Instead of assisting me, he started yelling at me, accusing me of not paying for the car wash—completely uncalled for and incorrect. Another customer even came over to back me up and explain the issue, but the clerk refused to listen to either of us. REFUND WAS NOT ISSUED.
The entire encounter was humiliating and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly when simply trying to resolve a problem. If you’re considering using this gas station or car wash, beware—you will NOT GET A REFUND for the faulty carwash and might get yelled at for no reason. This is unacceptable customer service, and I won't be returning. I had to put a stop payment on my credit card for the service I didn't receive.

I was wrong about this gas station. Owner told me they have real diesel #2 but in fact it is renewable diesel! What is wrong with these gas stations. Everyone is just false advertising!!! Real diesel #2 is yellowish color and oily. This diesel they have is as clear as water and that’s how renewable diesel is. BRING REAL DIESEL #2!!!! STOP advertising falsely!!!! I think this calls for a nice lawsuit :)

Horrible guy at register. Didn't even know how to refund money. Said have to wait 30 min for manager? What?? So if you pay cash and fill gas and wasn't used up can't refund? Finally after wasting 10 minutes of my time he calls can then refund me. I am definitely not coming back to this shell. Wish it had 0 star because I got nothing out of this place.

I bought a bottle opener from here and tried to return it 2 days later. I never used it. The owner said he couldn't accept it without a receipt. He was there when I originally bought it and no receipt was given to me. I still have the plastic bag I walked out with to. You can return anything without a receipt now and he acted like his system is different. Go to the 711 across the street instead. This guy is a scumbag

Terrible costumer service and the cashier guy without asking me for rewards he skipped that and when I ask for it to do it agin he said I can’t and bul****I never come here again also bc if higher gas priceReally disappointing

Bald guy is super rude don’t even understand what he is saying and wanted to double charge me for a car wash.
