I would give a 0 star but that's not an option. They trick you in saying you can try the bed for 90 days and if you don't like it you can return it. The trick is the base that's over 1k is non refundable. So now I'm stuck with a stupid base for no reason! Don't waste your money on this crap. The bed was so uncomfortable with every setting I tried!

Sleep number is a criminal company. The sell you a bed for thousands of dollars and then you have to pay hundreds of dollars annually for repairs. Their beds do not last. Their limited warranty is sad. I purchased from this store and found their bed extremely uncomfortable to the point I could not sleep on it. They do not offer returns on adjustable bases even if the bed is faulty. Please before purchasing a sleep number look at how many complaints they have on their Facebook page in the comments. Buy from an ethical company or at least one that cares about its customers.

I decided to buy a mattress from Sleep Number and I was going to the store in Glendale. The seller who took me and made my day a nightmare It was Miguel Vazquez. Of course I had a lot of questions because it was mattress and a frame that cost around $4000 and I put all my questions. When we was at the table and talk about the mattress, it was coming a customer,asking some question to Miguel.I told to Miguel to go with the customer and talk with him,since I was not in hurry, and in the meantime, I was going to try the beds. After that, we go back to the table and talk about the prices,the seller give me a 10% discount on top of what I have already. After that it was coming another customer to ask Miguel some questions, I told him again it’s fine , just go and have a chat with the customer. I will go outside and take a smoke till you are finished with the customer.When I come back and try to make a deal with him, he was a bit verbally aggressive in our discussion and he told me he’s working on commission and I waste his time. I try to deescalate the discussion between us and Move On but when he bring in the discussion that he missed two customers because of me I was angry and I ask him how is that possible because I allow him to go with the customers two times, and wait for him to come back. He realize that is true what I said, and he change the subject. After that we make the papers for my mattress and frame, and we finish our discussion without saying hello or anything else. Two days later I call the manager of the store(Billy), and I explain to him the situation. He was a nice guy(Billy), he listen to my problems, but it was too late. I got a bad treatment in the store and definitely I cannot recommend it to nobody because of my bad experience there.Ps: about the items which I bought I cannot give any feedback because I didn’t receive it yet, so I cannot say if it’s good or not.Here is the prove of payment(see the picture)

A little disappointed with the sales rep team at this location. I purchased a sleep number bed a little over a year ago, before I made my purchase I was told that the bed comes with a 15 year warranty. A few weeks ago the pumps stopped working. I called customer service to get it fixed since when I was under the impression that it was under warranty for 15 years. After speaking with the rep about getting the pumps fixed and a technician sent out I was informed that I would have to pay a technician fee ($150) and cover costs for any repairs/replacements. In store I was never told that the warranty goes down a certain percentage every year until your 15 years are up. After the first year, warranty for these beds drops down to 65% and continues to decline thereafter. Before making this purchase just keep in mind that you will need to pay additional costs should something stop working.

Juan P. Is a very good in helping me choose a duvet and cover. He showed me on duvet and the reverse side that was on display. Then he brought out some other duvet samples that were not in the catalog they were lovely and they had a texture to them. I chose the other ones instead. I recommend that as a sleep number owner you should join the club and get rewards. I have not had a bad experience with sleep number.

wow! i’m finally ready to upgrade every room in my house, family of five, which means five new beds. I walked in sit ‘n sleep in Glendale and this super young fellow made me feel at home. Thank you Brian Iribe you were very helpful.

Went in on Sunday afternoon and purchased on Monday. Worked with Juan and he was very informative and awesome to work with. We had done some research prior to arrival and Juan was able to guide us through the features of the different beds, to make our decision Definitely not a minor purchase with this price point for a bed, but we researched, and Juan was able to convince us this was the right purchase for us. Would highly recommend the Glendale store if you are considering purchasing a Sleep Number bed.

Juan helped both my wife and I find the perfect pillow. He was patient, informative and kind. It’s only been one week but we both feel the pillow has made a difference already. The tightness in my neck/shoulders are slowly dissipating.Thanks again Juan!

My wife and I ordered a sleepnumber bed on July 4 weekend. The bed was delivered on August 20. We had the bed until September 10. The bed sucked. It felt like an air mattress as we moved in bed it bounced. The bed was not to our liking. There was no number we liked as that horrible air mattress feeling was bothering us both. So we returned the bed on September 10. In this whole process, it took almost 2 months to get our bed, less than a month to sleep in it before we decided we didn't like it and it cost us $500. A $250 restocking fee which I understand, but that fee should have been taken from the $250 shipping fee. It doesn't cost $250 to ship that bed. That's insane. So I'm total we paid $250 shipping fee (which took two months to get to us), and a $250 restocking fee for a total of $500 for a rented bed for less than a month. If you are interested in this bed I beg people to first go to one of their stores and test the bed to see if you like it. Because the 100 day free trial is not free but actually $500. Don't be d*** like me and buy this bed online. When the day FREE 100 DAY TRIAL...what they mean is $500 for 100 day trial. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SLEEP NUMBER EVER AGAIN AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE THAT WANTS ONE TO NOT BUY ONE. DONT BE A S***** AND THINK YOU GET A 100 day trial for free, that is complete bull s****

First time purchasing a bed at this location, I was received in a very professional welcoming and never felt uncomfortable during my visits. Let Darryl give you a hand, even though he was the only one working at the time, he still made a point to acknowledge you as a individual and kept it professional taking care of everyone that was in the store at the same time. I will recommend others to come in if they want to be as comfortable as themselves without any hassle or getting pressured into being just another income. Keep up the good work and disregard the negative reviews...

These beds are trash. Don't let anyone fool you. Four years later and I'm still having problems. Customer service is garbage. Oh and the kicker? When we bought our beds, the salesman at this tire pulled some shady fraud. He mysteriously got fired, yet corporate still tries to tell me nothing bad happened and offered me a pair of sheets for my "inconvenience" on my credit. A pair of sheets...Stay away.

Michelle was beyond helpful. She took my boyfriend and I on a tour around the store to try out how the beds felt. She was informative and provided us with great customer service. I will definitely be back to buy my next bed with her. Michelle Morgan deserves a raise!!
