It took 4 attempts to find the issue to fix our cube truck. Finally after towing every time the dealer was able to locate the issue & spent a month to fix it. We're just happy to have a working truck.

My second time coming to Star for service and so far out of all the ford service location, star is the best with customer service! Nicole serviced me this time and she kept me in the loop and timeframe while I waited. They completed the service in a timely manner.

Communication could have been much better. I dropped the car off at 8 AM and it took all day just to get a response. When I inquired about the cost of installing a dash cam, it wasn’t until the next day that I got an answer. On top of that, no one informed me that we were waiting on a part to complete the job. I had to call and ask why the part hadn’t been replaced.

Nelson is the man! He knows what he’s talking about and is very pleasant and thorough. The vehicle dripoff and pickup process is a little confusing due to the space limitation at the dealership caused by the location on Brand and layout of the facility.
Update:
The pickup and dropoff option doesn’t actually seem to work, and the notes I left at the time of scheduling the appointment online were never read or reviewed, meaning that my time spent typing those in was wasted. Slightly annoying. I also had scheduled my appointment with Nelson again (who was present) but I ended up with someone else. Luckily she was also very good. If I could get granular my review would be like 3.5-3.8 instead of just 3, but short of 4.0.

I decided to bring my vehicle here, and I’m so glad I did. I was taken care of by agent Seta and mechanic Grayr, who were incredibly kind and friendly. They ensured I received the best service possible, and my car was fixed so quickly that I was genuinely impressed. I’m grateful to Seta and Grayr for everything — they truly made my day. My experience with Star Ford Glendale has been very disappointing. After multiple repairs for water pump failures, my vehicle is now facing an alternator failure. When I explained to my advisor that I believed this new issue could be related to the strain caused by the repeated water pump failures they repaired, the only option they offered was for me to pay for the repair out of pocket.
Because of this, I contacted Ford Customer Service directly. They informed me that for Ford to consider whether this repair could be covered due to the previous issues, the dealer must submit a claim. However, I have not received confirmation that Star Ford Glendale has submitted the claim, despite my follow-ups.
This lack of support and communication, coupled with the financial burden of paying for a rental car while my vehicle is at the dealer, has been extremely frustrating. I urge Star Ford Glendale to properly address this matter, submit the claim to Ford, and provide me with the case details. Customers deserve transparency and a fair review process when dealing with potential related failures.

I've been paired with Seta for years and she is AMAZING!! Excellent customer service and she always makes sure everything is done properly and the customer is always cared for.
