Took my vehicle in for an oil change in preparation for a road trip to the PNW from Glendale, CA, but ended up needing important maintenance work done beforehand. My representative for the visit, Nichole was extremely professional, knowledgeable, a super nice human being and worked with me on the price as it was more than I expected to pay for the visit initially. She is amazingIn the end, it was more than fair and I couldn’t be more appreciative for her service and going out of her way to help.I’ve gone here several times over the past 2 1/2 years and have never had any issues with the work done on my vehicle or customer service other than both being top notch in my book. I can sincerely recommend them to anyone looking to take their car in to get checked out for whatever reason if you’re in the Los Angeles area.

I was greeted immediately upon my arrival (without appointment) at Star Fird Lincoln in Glendale.I experienced awesome Service by a very kind and knowledgeable Customer Care agent who verified whether or not I had warranty for a possible flat tire repair.I am very grateful for the way I was treated by everyone involved in solving my almost flat tire ordeal.

I am overall very happy with the friendly and prompt service at Star Ford -Lincoln. Everyone is very attentive and they really make you feel comfortable when waiting for your service to be completed.However, I do have some concerns about the surging issues with the transmission and was told that I would need to leave the car at the dealer for a week to evaluate. This is my only vehicle, and there was no mention of a loner car or potential rental car that could be provided. When I had my Volkswagen the dealer would not only wash my car after every service, but also gave me a loner at a time when they did not have parts in stock and did not charge me for it. I am concerned about the transmission, but cannot be without a car for a week.

The service department is so convenient and easy. Amy Blank is who you ask for because she takes care of every aspect, is communicative at every point and makes the whole experience luxurious.

Had a great experience buying my Raptor from Andy! Andy was amazing at making us comfortable and getting the truck in the right price range. The best part was he made it an experience for the kids too. Andy remembered their names and made them feel included in the buying part! And they really will work with you to get the sale and willing to negotiate. overall 10/10 experience will definitely be sending more business their way

I had my first experience in Service department today and it was great! This is where I will be having my new Bronco Sport serviced for the years to come and my first impression was terrific. I ordered a part from their parts department where Francisco helped me out. Then I went to service and Sam greeted me (along with another friendly gal) but Jose was "the man." Applied my bumper protector with skill and in under five minutes. It was nearing the end of the day so maybe I just got lucky, but this whole experience for a first timer to Star Ford has been exceptional. Very friendly staff!!!

If you manage to get an appointment good luck getting your car back without having to actually show up in person after a week to see whether it's ready (clue: it's not). Had an appointment and it took Nelson Soliz a week to even do anything whilst he had my car. Couldn't get a response out of him. Now after the recall it's still not working and they won't answer the phone.Same issue that many people have. These people are absolutely useless. They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls. They send you automated text messages that they don't reply to. Absolutely useless. Don't go anywhere near them.

If I could give the service representatives a 0 out of 5 stars I would, but the 1 star truly goes out to the service tech I mention at the end. First, they said the issue with my car would take one day. Then when I inquire about what time I'll have the car back, they said a diagnosis at least takes a couple days. No problem, miscommunication or something. Then they tell me they don’t have the part and they have to order it. That’s fine, I can understand that. Then they say they can’t deliver my car back to me and I have to come get it. I’m annoyed at this point. I’m missing work because of this. Also note that I have asked them SIX separate times for some kind of email sent to me stating that they have my car in their possession so that I can have the time off I have now had to take excused from work. Then they call again and say they can overnight the part they need and they’ll have my car back to me at 4pm tomorrow, fixed. Great! So day two, still have no car, i text the rep and ask if the car will still be back to me at 4PM because I hadn’t heard anything all day and it was approaching 4PM. She said “the car should be back to you by the end of the day”. So then they called me at 3:39PM and tell me that the part arrived damaged so they still haven’t fixed it and that they’ll deliver my car back to me, but then they’ll have to come get it again and have it fixed when the next part come back. On the verge of tears at this point but happy to be getting my car back. Then I get another call! This tech (one I haven’t spoken to, his name was Nelson I believe) called about something else unrelated (gas) and I ask him if he could please please please send that aforementioned email so I don’t lose my job over this. He’s super confused because my car has been fixed! He says he’s looking at the service receipt right now and they did the repair on the switch and the window motor. At this point I’m wondering if I’m being messed with? We hang up but shortly I get another call from Nelson and they tell me that the part was indeed damaged and the car is not fixed. I can’t help but laugh because this is the only genuinely nice person I’ve spoken to and he put fuel in my car free of charge for me. If you thought this was over, it isn’t! They then sent the delivery driver to the wrong house, even though I told them 3 times, via text AND phone, the updated address. This department has seriously got to get it together. I am in complete disbelief of how poorly this has been handled. Thank you to Nelson for being really helpful and kind, but I genuinely would rather bite my own arm off than ever come back here again.

I had an absolutely perfect experience getting my Mustang repaired at Star Ford Lincoln. I had previously taken my vehicle to a Ford location in the valley to have an issue fixed, but they were unable to help me. It took me over 6 weeks of chasing them up with back and forth phone calls and texts before they finally said they could not assist. I even physically went to the location and waited 2 hours to talk to my service advisor because they could not return txt or phone calls.To contrast, I took my vehicle to Star Ford Lincoln on Friday morning and my vehicles issue was diagnosed on the spot, a part was ordered, and it was fixed on Tuesday afternoon. Not only that, but they checked my car for recalls and performed those for me too. After my experience at the other shop mentioned, I was not even made aware of any recalls.My service advisor Amy went above and beyond to help me and she communicated quickly and clearly. Almost 2 months of stress about my vehicle was quelled within 10 minutes of checking my car in with this service advisor.I will be returning to Star Ford Lincoln for all my future services.Thank you Amy and the team at Star Ford Lincoln!
