This place was closed during the pandemic time but probably less than a year ago to reopen with a new franchise owners. They opened it however they are very short staffed. There's only one person works there for the entire day and probably there are three employees there to rotate the seven days work schedule, but it's so ridiculous that the owner of this franchisee doesn't wanna hire an additional one or two hairstylist to expedite the service. Their service is so slow specially on the weekends and the burden and pressure is one employee. The online scheduling is every 15 minutes but one person can't do it in 15 minutes. The employees are not robots they need time to spend with a good haircut. so I'm just writing this review for the owners of the franchisee. They're trying to make money out of this business, but not to hire extra employee. This is not how you run the business specially haircut. If you can't afford to keep your business open mine as well shut your business down and move somewhere.

Went in with some breakage due to bleaching and for a fix up due to cutting my own hair (and not doing a very good job, it was uneven in spots). Now my hair is looking much better and the hairdresser recommended some conditioner that would help with the breakage. Over all, got what I went in for. Would return again based on my experience.
