I would give 5 stars, but they have limited in person locations and that can make things difficult. I went in person to their Glendale CA location. It's inside Nordstroms in the mens dept. The gentleman that fitted me was calm, cool and knew his stuff. Very professional. Everything went smooth and fast.

I can count on The Black Tux when I need a suit for a wedding. I've gone four times and have not been disappointed yet. They have a variety of suits and styles to choose from and I've gotten a different one each time. They're located inside Nordstrom at the men's section on the 3rd floor. The staff who've helped me are really professional and helpful in making sure that not only does the suit look good, but it fits right. Shout out to Garineh who's helped me the last two times and was really sweet and personable!

It didn’t start so great. Luckily, there was a really nice lady working the day I went to get measure. She made I got the help I needed and got me in and out quickly.

I had an excellent experience at the Black Tux! William helped me out and he was fantastic. He had excellent suggestions for what tux to pick out and made the entire experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

Went to Nordstrom for my appointment to get measurements for a tuxedo I was looking to rent or buy through The Black Tux.My appointment was with William and he made it a great experience for my fiancé and I. Not only was he very knowledgeable with the clothing and process but he was also very engaging in making sure I got the right style for my wedding. Really appreciate how great he made the entire process and recommend him for anybody looking to get a tuxedo for any occasion.

I'm not a fan of tuxes or the annoying process of multiple fittings, boring selections and a lengthy sizing process, but I do have to say that The Black Tux has changed the game. A very refreshing & modernized approach to the entire process with a fresher & younger selection to chose from. Shipping came much faster than anticipated and the time they allot to make sure everything is as expected (plus a good buffer for any corrections) is VERY impressive. I haven't returned my rental yet, but the box it comes in (with even a built-in handle) and the return packaging & tape, is such a convenient and thoughtful touch. This will be the only method/business I use for renting tuxes from here on out.
