I lived at The Harrison apartments for 2 years and recently upgraded my unit for another year.
My experience has been very positive. I’ve lived in many different apartments and this has been the best by far. Small community, great location, great neighbors, and amazing staff.
Meri Grigoryan has been my leasing agent and she has been extremely attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. Very professional and personable. Highly recommended

The staff so friendly and professional! I felt so welcome right away. My move in was so smooth and the apartment looked fantastic. As I've been settling in I've found more and more that I just adore about this building! So many great things in walking distance too!

I can not say enough good things about Gabriel, of all the buildings I have lived in he is by far the best service/maintenance person I have ever dealt with. He is able to come to the unit promptly, analyze the issue and solve it very quickly. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing and goes over every aspect of the unit. No matter the issue, his full attention is on it and he does not leave until it is resolved, he went above and beyond on an issue I had, I can not thank him enough, he made my stay here a great one and would be a main reason I would rent here again.

Great building in a desirable location. Very warm leasing team and maintenance staff. Super convenient with CVS downstairs, easily walkable to Galleria/Target and a bunch of solid restaurants on Wilson and Brand. Only thing to be wary of is if you have an EV - there are 4 communal chargers, which are free (yay!) but first-come first-serve with no system for queueing, so I very rarely got to use them.

We’ve been living at The Harrison for a year and a half now, and during this time we’ve come to truly appreciate how comfortable and reliable it is to live here.
The management team — Talin and Mary — are professional, attentive, and always willing to help. It’s clear they care about the community and work hard to create a supportive and well-organized living environment for all residents.
Mary, who joined the team during our time here, has already shown herself to be a caring and dedicated manager. She’s approachable, detail-oriented, and treats every resident’s request with respect and personal attention — and that really makes a difference in day-to-day life.
The complex itself is fantastic — always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, and one of the things we love most is the amazing views from the windows. We’ve lived in two different units that faced different directions, and each time we’ve had beautiful, picture-perfect views.
Over all this time, we’ve never had any serious issues, and everything has always been handled quickly and respectfully. We’ve truly come to feel at home here.
Thank you for everything — we’re genuinely glad we chose The Harrison.

I am 100% satisfied with the complex, it is clean and thought out in everything, from parking to household appliances. There is a good swimming pool, jacuzzi and an excellent gym. Special thanks to the manager Mary for everything, from the check-in to the present day, she resolves any issues in the shortest possible time!

I am very happy with my apartment! I love the building and our management is responsive, caring and accommodative. I have lived in Lex on Orange before and I think hands down Harrison is much better. Amenities are never crowded, its nice and peaceful and neighbors are awesome. I got to meet a lot of people in the building and I enjoy being here every day.
Mary (our manager) is very sweet and gets everything done fast. I've had multiple issues here and there and everything got resolved fast and effective. Gabriel is also awesome! super helpful and very caring.
I think our management does great job at keeping building clean and pleasant. I highly recommend!!

I’ve been living at The Harrison Apartments for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best buildings in the area. The entire property is always spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, from the lobby to the hallways and outdoor spaces.
One of the standout features is the amazing leasing office and management staff. They are incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, someone from the team was always available and ready to help as long as it falls within their responsibilities, they go above and beyond.
The maintenance team is also great, quick to respond and very efficient. Overall, the building feels very well-run, safe, and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Harrison to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to live!

I want to share my feedback on living in the Harrison complex, and express my deep gratitude to Mary for her responsiveness, professionalism, and the opportunity to resolve issues that concern you. The move here was easy and smooth. Living in this complex, you can be calm about your safety. The building is wet cleaned weekly, I would like to note the cleanliness, as well as a modern gym and swimming pool. There is a barbecue area and tables for pleasant lunches and dinners with the family. I would also like to note Gabriel's work on all technical issues. Everything is done promptly and quickly. This complex is one of the best in Glendale, so I can definitely recommend it to you

We lived in this building The Harrison for a couple of years and it was the best place to live , very beautiful very clean , wold recommend the Harrison to anyone looking for a new clean modern complex in Glendale. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at The Harrison has been so overwhelmingly negative that I feel compelled to warn others about unit 211. What’s marketed as luxury living is, in reality, a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.
One of the most frustrating parts of living here is the complete lack of enforcement of community rules—particularly around smoking, noise, and parking. Despite The Harrison having a no-smoking policy, we repeatedly reported tenants who smoked in their apartment and balcony often drifting into our unit 211. We even provided video evidence of the offenders, but management dismissed it as a he said, she said situation and took no meaningful action. It was incredibly disheartening and showed just how little they prioritize resident comfort or health.
On top of that, noise disturbances were a regular issue. Loud stomping, banging, and screaming continued into the early morning hours—sometimes until 2 or 3 a.m, getting a restful nights sleep is impossible in unit 211. Complaints went unanswered, and nothing was done to stop the ongoing disruptions. Instead of being a peaceful place to live, The Harrison often felt chaotic and exhausting and not worth the money you pay. You will be nickel and dime for all extras and charge ridiculous cleaning and carpet fees regardless the condition you leave the apartment. I would strongly consider other options over the Harrison if you are looking in the Glendale area, for the money you can find much better.

I strongly recommend against moving here. There are numerous apartment complexes in Glendale, and if I could go back in time, I would never live at the Harrison. They (management) are extremely predatory and will do their very best to nickel and dime you for every last thing. The staff here state they are simply doing their job and have no control over management rules and regulations (which I hear, the culprit here is likely JRK who owns the complex). I am a physician in training and have lived here for three years. My rent has increased significantly since I moved, so we had to downgrade to a one bedroom apartment. They also charge a separate mandatory $100 per month maintenance fee. When I renewed my lease, I told them numerous times that I am moving on July 1, 2025 after I graduate. I received a call from them last week about lease renewal so called back and reminded them of this. Instead, they said they need a separate written notice 60 days in advance. Thus, they will charge me an additional two months from today regardless of when I am physically moving out. This is a pattern of behavior that has been there since we got here. And when we moved in, a fellow neighbor complained of the same predatory habits. Unfortunately we had already moved in. Further, given how busy medical training is, I did not want to go through the hassle of moving. In hindsight, I regret this. Especially as I am dealing with a family emergency right now, and spending an extra $2000 for no reason is less than ideal.
You don't have to take my word for it. If you are considering the Harrison, I strongly recommend you try to talk to people who live here to gather their experience, because my experience has not been unique. I saw some concerning reviews when I first moved here, but figured perhaps people were just disgruntled. I so regret that I didn't listen to them. I can't imaging rent here is cheaper than anywhere else in Glendale. But even if it is cheaper by a little bit than other places, I would encourage you to live somewhere else as they will find a way get their money back and it's just not worth the long term hassle. The location of this apartment is good in terms of being around the Americana, but there are other apartments within a block that also have great locations. The maintenance staff (e.g. Gabriel) is very nice and helpful. But unfortunately they aren't management, and it does not make up for everything else.
Trust me, do not move here. This place has gone through a management change I believe right before we got here, and it's been terrible since. You will regret it if you do. You may think it will not impact you, but it will. I have lived in numerous apartments and have always paid my rent on time and have never had an issue or ever had to post a negative review. Hope this is helpful for someone and saves them the same experience I have had.

The reviews should be a lot higher than they are. Will write a longer review later but the summary would be:
Pros:
Best apartment complex in Glendale by a mile.
Best fitness center.
Fantastic maintenance staff, extremely efficient and timely.
Leasing team is great.
Whole building is spotless, saw maybe 2 bugs in 2 years living here.
Extremely secure and safe.
Cons:
As with many buildings in Glendale, people love to smoke and ignore rules. This is not the fault of the Apartment complex as they cannot control the average entitled Glendale citizen.
Price is much higher than most places, but you get your money's worth. Take a tour of the Harrison and compare it to any other building in Glendale.
