So far, this has been the best UPS location I’ve visited. After a horrible experience at the Glendale location, this one was outstanding.
The manager, Daniel, took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explain the delivery process. He quickly guided me on the best way to ship my package and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
I truly wish all UPS locations would strive to provide this level of customer service. Thank you, Daniel, and thank you to your team for delivering such an excellent experience

They charge $1.50 to simply seal up one end of my box. I didn't realize running 2 feet of tape over a box was such an arduous and expensive process that it needed to be charged for. Considering they're getting paid for shipping the package you would think a little tape would be a courtesy. It always has been in the past. Would not recommend here for that nickel and diming behavior. At that rate I'm surprised they don't charge for receipts as the cost of that thermal paper is probably more than the 2 feet of tape it takes to seal my box.

The staff at this UPS Store are the best. They're super friendly, helpful, and really feel like part of the neighborhood. I was just there drop off a return, but I didn't have all my ducks in a row. They were more than happy to help me make sure my return would be shipped and arrive safely. Special thanks to JR, Dan, and Maria!

The worst UPS store I .have ever been. I needed the notarization services today. I called in on Friday and asked them if they have authorization services and the person I talked to insured me. The person who is in charge of authorization will be here today at 10 AM. I called in today again at 8:30 AM and the person in charge she told me yes the person who’s doing authorization will be here at 10 AM and he comes in even earlier than usual all the time I got there at 10 AM and guess what the notary person is not there the cashier called him and after talking to him, she told me oh I am sorry he won’t be here despite she’s telling me that she will be there even before 10 AM. This is the second time I have the same issue with the store. You fool me once shame on you. You fooled me twice. Shame on me.

Walked into the store was greeted kindly,
An employee by the name of Nathan helped with my service.
He was very kind, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Quick and thorough. Overall, an amazing young man who goes above and beyond to help others.

In the last 2 years this place has gotten really mid. There are stand out employees for sure, but it's a very bad sign that every time I come to the store there are new employees and all of them are in various states of being trained. If the turnover is very high, you can bet that there's something going on. Also, it's very important to note that the parking lot is very tight, and this will not be easy to just jump in and jump out and grab what you need.

This store is ripping off its customers! I paid $3 for a single strip of tape. None of the instructions said that I had to package my box on the instruction page!
