Love this place! It’s very clean, secure, safe and the staff is amazing! Scott along with the district manager made sure I was taken care of by calling and texting me to assist with my issue. People don’t have to be kind and in a world where we see less and less of that daily.. I am one that appreciates it! I recommend if you are looking for somewhere to store your valuables! Awesome clean place, great staff and welcoming. Jorge Gutierrez helped me out, he had an awesome attitude and was very helpful. I went to several other storage places and can’t beat the prices and service here.

Trojan Storage offers outstanding customer service. The facility is brand new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was thorough in explaining everything I needed to know, making the entire process smooth. Accessing the unit was easy, and the security is top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution.

I've been with Trojan Storage for almost 6 years now and wouldn't think about having my belonging stored at any other facility. Upsized just this year and the pricing was still feasible and in my budget. To add the cherry on top... this locations team has amazing customer service and super helpful when it comes to resolution with any issues that might arise.

The staff here are super RUDE. The 2 big staff one male and one female sitting there and did not care about customers. The guy Jorge Gutierrez sat at his deck and did not care that customers were waiting. He just did his private things. I came there before 2 other customers but he served them first then letting me keep waiting when Jorge had nothing else to do. I reminded him that I already waited here for 20 mins and I had urgent things to do. Jorge yelled at me and told me to find another storage. Right after I stepped out of his office, Jorge shut down the door of his office like not want me to reenter. I felt shocked and never met any this kind of service. I guess their supervisor does not know what these people are doing.
The storage still have customers is because of the location, quality of storage and the discount for the first of 2 months.
If Trojan replaces their staff with professional workers they probably can be a competitive to other storages in the same area
