After work here was very friendly and polite and all that good stuff but the minute I asked, can I please use your restroom I was told sorry we don’t have a restroom for customers. I can’t stand that that’s not good Customer Service. I won’t be coming to this U-Haul ever again.

It is so rare that a store like u haul has great service and super nice employees. Avi, the manager, and his crew were amazing. Can't say enough good things about the employees there. Thanks so much; we really appreciate you all! We used the pods from this u haul location and rented a truck.

This location is terrible and the gas was brought back only driven 7 miles and the gas tank at 1/4 but i was charged an extra 70 dollars to my bank account. The workers were very uncooperative with the process and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

We are using temporary storage boxes from this location. Logistics planning have been a real disappointment from booking through delivery. Today boxes are 70mi from where we were told they would be and wont be available for days, with nobody willing to be accountable for the failures to deliver on schedule. Very unreliable and frustrating process.

Worst experience ever. Very disappointed to find out that my extra insurance did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I broke a mirror which I expected the extra insurance to cover. Can't wait to contact the better business bureau. Thanks for renting me a van with a burning smell and allowing me to be honest and tell the guy I probably broke the mirror. I didn't have to be honest. I'll never rent from you again.

had the most TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I rented a 10 foot truck to move on 9/29, checked in, paid everything including the ridiculous hidden fees, and got the keys. Thankfully I decided to open the back and check out everything before leaving the lot because I found a HOMELESS MAN AND HIS DOG sleeping in it!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!

I am honestly blown away by this U-Haul location and felt the need to write a positive review. I use it regularly for transportation needs for work. I have found the customer service from all of the employees here to be of the highest order. There is one employee in particular - Russell - who has always been incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. He goes far out of his way to make sure that customers are happy and taken care of. As someone who has often had bad experiences at rental agencies it is extremely rare to find employees who work this hard and are this nice. This is the best Uhaul I have ever been to. Thank you.

Placed my reservation for a 10' box truck online, which was pretty straightforward. Went to the location to pick it up at 8am, and after doing mobile check-in and verification was instructed to get the keys from the front counter. The truck they gave me was blocked in by a line of *SEVEN* other trucks, and also had a low tire pressure notification. Had to go back to the counter, and they exchanged for a different truck that was only blocked in by one other truck (which they moved out of the way). However, the 2nd truck they gave me had a blinking service light on for "check tire pressure monitoring system". I brought this to their attention and was told "oh, they're almost all like that". Upon further clarification, the agent said that they routinely change the tires at their facility, but *DON'T* calibrate the tire pressure monitoring system afterwards, so nearly all of their vehicles have the service light on. I asked how I was supposed to know if the tire pressure was low (or flat) if the monitoring system didn't work, and was advised "oh, you'll know." I told the agent that I wasn't willing to rent a truck that had service indicators on, and asked for another truck; they told me they had already checked another one (the one they moved for me) and that one also had the same service indicator on, so my option was to take the truck "as is" or cancel the reservation (they weren't willing to check any of the other trucks, even though there were at least 10 others on the lot). Ended up calling customer service, cancelling my reservation by phone, and getting $50 credited to my card because this location didn't live up to U-Haul's "Reservation Guarantee". Absolutely dreadful business, wasted 2 hrs of my time on moving day.

Almost as bad as standing in line at the DMV with no appointment. Everyone here moves a slow as humanly possible. Upon check out they flagged my account with an e alert. Had to wait on hold for 30 min for them to clear it and the had to wait in line all over again just to pay. This time the line had built up an was overflowing the door. We attempted to bypass the line so we could be on our way, but we're forced to stand in line all over again. Hot tip: use Enterprise or Avon instead. Uhaul is a living hell.

These guys are great! Totally helpful, good-natured, organized, and they get things done incredibly fast. I was not looking forward to my moving tasks today - picking up a box truck, driving to my house, loading the truck, driving back to U-Haul and then loading a U-Box - but it was a total snap due in no small part to the great customer service here. Thanks guys!PS. My Dad (pictured in the passenger seat) also sends his appreciation.

Awful. Reservation in advance and I’m there first thing in the morning. Thought I’d help a friend transport a couch. Slow and belligerent woman working there takes a half hour to find the reservation. Another half hour to ask a question every 5 mins and stare blankly at her computer screen. After an hour, she quotes a price 500 percent higher than reservation price. 800 percent higher if adding “insurance”. Next she asks me to download an app! Five people now waiting in line. I told her I had no more time to spend on this and please cancel the reservation. She stared blankly. Later, I checked and she did not cancel the reservation. No surprise. Would have been better dealing with an eggplant.

HORRIBLE. Agonizingly bad service and massive hidden fees. Made an appointment with reservation first thing in the morning to move a couch. Only one there. The woman working there was so slow, concrete and moronic it was shocking. Took a half hour for her to even find the reservation. Another half hour for her to get a key. Asked a single question every5 mins and stared at the screen. Quoted me an amount that was 500 percent more than price at reservation. Adding "insurance" would make it 800 percent higher. Wasted hours and ended up just canceling because it was now too late to do the job. Less expensive BY FAR to have a professional mover pick up the couch. The whole thing is a ridiculous scam and they employ people with brain damage.

I have been using Glendale U-Haul for the past 7 years each Summer for my Kids Survival Summer Camp. I have always received the best customer service for multiple bookings and have never had an issue. I am very grateful as the owner of Walk-A-Bout Outdoor Adventures as this alleviates added logistical stress and issues.
