Rude people don’t come to this store. As soon as I walked in I was being judged by the workers. They looked at me up and up and down and I felt uncomfortable. In between each other they gathered around and were judging what I was wearing instead of going up to me and asking if I needed help.

As a long time customer, it still surprises me that the customer service here is low quality. Sure, you have great inventory and maybe have good sales but just imagine how much more sales you can reach if the staff here was customer service oriented. Again, please work on your customer service. That is all,It costs zero dollars to be nice.

Store is okay. Customer service not the greatest they kind of ignore you until you look for them. Showed them an item I was interested in and they gave me the wrong item. I didn't realize it until I got home because they bagged and sealed it before i could see it. My fault for not checking initially but still. Will not be returning to this location.

First, Rob and Serge and Baile are the motherfuhking bomb ! Super helpful , patient , very knowledgeable and so happy they were there to help me in store ! Ask for with Rob or Serge or Baile , when you dip in ….. they are the best !

Cannot express how thankful I am with these guys. David and Rob went above and beyond to help me with my exchange. I even left with more shoes because of their insight and help. 5 stars to them alone!

Closes the store 20 minutes early with no regard for the people trying to enter. Anyone should go to the Santa Monica location instead.

I love Undefeated and usually go to the Silverlake store, but this one was closer to where I was so I decided to check it out. The other reviews are correct. The customer service is non-existent and the red head girl who I asked for something even looked annoyed that I asked her a question about a product. Won’t ever come back here again.

i was hoping to exchange but because it was past the 7 days they couldn't even do store credit the guys looked at me like i was crazy when i asked if i can do store credit smh never ever wasting my time with this brand rather order from supreme, stussy transport skate shop other local brands that actually care about costomers

This store has great inventory. But I hate coming here because the customer service is HORRIBLE. Never get greeted, always have to go ask for help because they won’t attend you. When you ask them for something you feel like a bother because they’re always just having conversations within themselves. Guys that work there act like they own the store. They definitely need to get employees with better customer service.

5 stars because they absolutely made my day by having such great energy and helping me out. Great customer service. I needed to make a quick exchange and they were absolutely helpful and easy going. Super friendly staff! I will be coming back.

This place has had bad reviews for over two years now mostly about customer service and no improvement! Reviews are accurate! I walked in was not acknowledged , they looked at me I looked at them I asked a question I got a dumbfounded remark back. If you want the experience me and countless others received this p.o.s establishment is for you.
