The service at this location was outstanding! Both of your Eagle Rock locations (Colorado Bl & Eagle Rock Bl) could learn a lesson or two on how a store should be operated. Employees Ellen & Marina were absolutely the best that UPS has to offer! This is my new UPS store! ✌️

I just want to save that Marina and Ellen are some of the most helpful ladies I have encountered. They both have great customer service representative of this location. I was there to send my packages out when a customer that's wasn't paying any attention was rude with one of the ladies but she handled him with grace keeping a smile the way through. UPS I hope that you take care of these 2 ladies Marina and Ellen and give them a bump in pay they handle themselves gracefully. Thank your ladies for your hard work.

When only 1 out of 10 reviews is positive, it's clear that something is seriously wrong with this business. Time goes by and nothing seems to improve. The staff lacks knowledge, often giving out incorrect information. If you question them or ask for advice, they respond with attitude rather than assistance. I see the UPS/owner asking what they can do better. You are already being told what needs to be improved. What is the point of asking to contact us if nothing changes? Don't bother responding to this review. I have no desire to talk to anyone associated with this location. I definitely will not be back here. At least train your employees to provide proper customer service without attitude. And definitely educate your employees on UPS services.

I came in today around 12 to find out about ups flat rate boxes that they advertise on UPS websites in terms of size and get general information. There was a girl working on the front and asked her about flat rate boxes and she said they don't have that. Then I showed her a website where it shows that they have different types of boxes for different prices with a title flat rate boxes. Then she started to act irritated and rude. I just turned around and left. I don't understand how people that represent a ups company don't have a clue about their job and are not professional to the point that when I literally showed her on UPS website that UPS offers flat rate box shipping service she just straight up continue to say they don't have that got angry and rude. All I can say is that it was my last visit to that location and I am truly disappointed with the management on the fact that someone like that gets hired. By the end of the day, you lost a customer for no reason other than incompetent worker.

I brought in a single amazon order for return and they refused to take it because they said one order couldn't take 2 boxes on one return code. I suggested they tape the boxes together, using the HUGE rolls of packing tape at the counter that they use to close boxes. They said they would charge me $6 to buy the tape. They were curt and rude in the process. Both employees should be fired.
