Trina, the manager at the Lowell facility was very professional, courteous and upfront. Unlike the facility on Cloud who gave away the storage unit I allegedly had on hold.
I would definitely recommend Trina at the Lowell location. Facility is very clean.

I came back for a 3rd unit and Trina helped me out again! She's fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! The facility is really nice too. Security cameras and on site supervisors. I highly recommend this facility.
