120 E Chevy Chase Dave is a Horrible location. They’re supposed to be open at 9am, the line of people always outside waiting and the earliest they open the doors is 9:15 if not later. Many times I just leave without my mail cause don’t have anymore time to wait. The employees are lazy and slow, very rude, don’t want to help with anything. I have a PO Box at this location, and have to wait for in front of the doors for almost 15-20 min to get in. This is ridiculous, they don’t care at all, they just come to work to collect their checks. I would just fire all of them and hire people who is willing to work. Unacceptable service for a post office.

USPS lost my package that I sent out first week of January. Eventually I got a confirmation email stating that they lost my package . I went to the same branch that I sent my package and asked for a refund . Instead of apologizing and telling to help me I met this rude and unprofessional person. The employe’s name was Tammie.M.Jackson . She made me wait for 50 minutes while she was taking her time to move around with slow motion. She was big time racist towards my nationality. Talking to me rudely the whole time and telling me that she can’t do anything. Well ! Then she should not belong there and serve customers unprofessionally and rudely . She took my receipt and never returned back to me . When I asked for my receipt back she was raising her voice on me telling that she is not going to give me back . Even person from the line in the post office got involved telling her to give it back or make a copy. She refused to giving back to me my original receipt . Now I can’t even file a clam without the receipt.The worst person that I ever met, rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.Please avoid this location and save your nerves .

Parking is AWFUL! However, the customer service team is always helpful and friendly which I have never experienced in any other post office. Like the one in Verdugo Road where the attendants are incredibly rude.

We were already very well attended to by a young man who works there, we made many payment orders at this place, but two women who served us last time and treated my husband in a rude and prejudiced way, even laughed at him. They refused to help my husband make a simple money order, saying it wouldn't be possible to do it in that place, but the strange thing is that we had already done it thousands of times in this same place and they still made fun of my husband. It's sad to know that there are bad people and that they are extremely rude.

Easy parking and excellent customer service. USPS female staff member took the time to help me fill out forms and be kind. Made my day. If there is no parking in the lot, there is a ton of street parking if you don't mind walking a few feet. Thank you.
