The service was super fast however the girl with the blue hair, clerk 17 was not very friendly. I was recovering from an injury & was kind of out of it. She hated to repeat herself and made me feel like an idiot. Honestly I had preferred the other postal worker had attended me in the first place. I got scary vibes from clerk 17 when she looked at me and said “next’ She was not patient at all and hated attending customers. I walked out of there fast so she wouldn’t have to deal with my stupidity not one more second .

This post office location makes money within other people's time by making them wait in the line for long time. They don't care to hire an additional person to support people timely with there needs in the store. In addition, the their phone auto answering machine is another disaster. It is designed in a way to offer you every possible option to not send you to a representative which is another way of wasting people's time. There is a survey after every call to improve on their service but the first question is who reviews and takes actions on surveys and feedbacks for improvement. It's been 5 months I'm seeing simple issues are not being resolved.

We have a postal carrier who needs to be reported to police. He pretends he's doing his job while only looking through windows of neighbors. He doesn't deliver mail. Alex looks through the window of my 10 year old neighbor and takes pictures. Her mother has reported the incident. This is serious and we don't feel safe when he comes in the neighborhood. Her mother is taking precautions to keep her daughter safe. When calling the Post Office they don't answer and the new supervisor Kim is rude and complains about customers when she's the problem. She's not honest. We need a better and professional staff at Verdugo Station. Workers who deliver mail while looking through windows are making our community unsafe and harmful. This behavior is not acceptable. The old staff was 100% better.

Convenient parking, the staff there take their time and helpful. They don’t rush you.

vI'm giving a really bad review to this station , management not capable to resolve issues about missing package ( with a tracking # ), what makes me think that either the delivery person or an inside worker, is stiling valuables . A certified letter with a gift card was lost and management did not investigate the proper way and never got a solid credible answer. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and integrity of the people who works there... people be aware!

I went to the post office today because I had a package that was lost and I did a claim so they said i had to go in. When I got there they told me yo go talk to Thomas the supervisor. I went to go talk to him about the problem and he didn't even want to hear me out. He was sooo rude and told me he wasn't going to help me at all nor was he going to look into it. He kept looking at me up and down and I felt he discriminated me because of my appearance( I had showered and just put gym shorts and sandals and a t-shirt) but he just kept looking at me and just told me to basically go away, he wasn't going to even try to do anything about it and he slammed the window in my face. Worst customer service ever and I would even dare to say he was being racist.

We have started a petition to get Alex fired from USPS he has violated his job serveral times. We don't want you in our neighborhood anymore and made formal complaints last week concerning your antics we're reporting everything and you do not deserve to be a part of the United States Postal Service. Nothing but an embarrassment, your antics we're reported. Everything is carching up with you! Our mail is not safe with you because you compromised our mail. My dad will take action against you. I'm not surprised if there's identity theft because of you. Please get away from us Please...our neighborhood is not safe.

74 review with 2.2 stars speaks volume for this USPS.Update 1/3/2023 11 amPromote "Prince" the manager to a different continent. Nobody arround and he is in his office webbing....Update 12/27/22 1 pmPrince the manager here is besides himself and tells you he'll come out and talkes with you and NEVER DOES. The line goes to the end of the long hallway. Whould he care? 90 minutes lunch and totally hands off.This is the poorest run USPS facility you ever come across. It is so dirty, everything broken, doors shut during normal business hours.What does Prince do? Tottaly oblevious to it all.Amazon, FedEx, UPS are allowing, but here the fees go higher and the service gets diminished.None of these companies will tolerate Prince for five minutes. NONEUpdate on 12/28/20, 1:30 PMThe door for receiving parcels are shut close, doorbell totally disabled. And no one responds to knocks. No one there..There has not been a superintendent here for months.This facility is totally neglected. No supervisor or superintendent. Overwhelmed.I have been using this location for about 30 years and have know great many people, staff, behind the seen, tellers, supervisors and superintendents, including service window at the lobby.Mostly like family run business. However, Dana, the guy at the lobby service window has filled significantly.I hand him the pob dues two weeks before it's due with the exact amount billed, he takes the payment from me and puts back in my mail box with a hand written note that the system dies not take partial payment.On the day, I gave him the USPS issued payment envelop, he assures me that we will not close your mail box.Two weeks late I get a clouser notice email, go to the branch and pay $23 for late payment. A total of $35 out of pocket for his actions.Had I mailed the envelop in, it would have been accepted or at a minimum they would ask for any adjustment.Dana lost my trust and I dont think I'd be seeking his help anymore. At a minimum, he could have told me "sorry, I can't accept this envelop" instead of creating such undue havoc.Be aware. Totally unstable and unhelpful.

Super long wait, listening to employees chit chat in the back.I spent over $400 on acrylic wedding invitations, only for my guests to receive them damaged and CRACKED. Mind you, i upgraded to a thicker acrylic that's pretty tough to break. I included extra stamps on it because they assured me that extra stamps go through a different mailer machine that won't fold and bend envelopes in the process.I spent DAYS putting together wedding invitations for my guests, thinking everything would be ok with the reassurance they gave me that nothing would be damaged.I don't know how they handle their mail, if they sit on it, or toss it around like a frisbee, but I feel like I completely wasted my money with the way USPS handled my mail. So extremely upset, these are wedding invitations we're talking about. Not basic printer paper or post it sheets.

Alex is a mail carrier in the Citrus Grove Area. He is the worst mail carrier ever. He is too concerned with dating during work hours unfortunately, we have heard multiple conversations on his cell while constantly get mail mixed up or sometimes feeling like we don't need our mail so doesn't deliver. It's been over a year and he won't change. Get off the phone, stay focused while delivering mail, stop trying to date neighbors and talking about last night's events...When he's on vacation we are so happy however when he returns we're sad again. We have spoken with a supervisor who said he should be suspended for constantly talking on the phone during work hours and getting mail mixed up. She was at the Boardway Post Office when we called Verdugo Station they put you on hold or don't answer. Now this will become a formal complaint because we tired of our horrible mail carrier. We received great advice from a supervisor and we're not getting our mail and getting our neighbor's mail. 5 neighbors are missing mail. Seriously, we need a new mail carrier today. He doesn't care about his job.
