I have been coming here for years and the staff are very nice starting from Mark, he is amazing. Arsineh is super rude to the customers and lies about having tape in the office. Please avoid her.

No place to park and seems USPS doesn't even care. Always short of staff and the employees look really tired.

It’s 5 stars based on it is a post office. It gets the job done, no more no less. The line is usually manageable to short. The staff is helpful. Street parking is usually available to stop in. Happy to have a local branch nearby.

Never go to this postal office! We mailed out our Save the Dates and they lost all 55 of them. It's been a month and still no mail has been delivered. They don't take responsibility and pretty much tell you your SOL. We had to PAY to reorder our cards and PAY for more stamps. If you hate your job, work somewhere else!!!!

Had to renew my passport and expedite ship to PO box via USPS Express. Was so worried as giving up my passport & shipping it is so frightening! My Passsport is my EVERYTHING! Id rather shave my head than lose or displace it! Adrineh was so patient with me, guided me with the proper paperwork, and I was in/out in under 10 minutes. THANK YOU ADRINEH Dear! I will have a drink in your honor from London soon!

I was helped by Frank yesterday and I am so happy there are such honest employees left who actually take a moment and truly try to help you as best as you can. Frank helped me with a package I had no tracking updates for two weeks with and he made a few calls and was able to get a response and even took my phone number to do a follow up call with me. I was so shocked and thankful. He needs 10 stars!

One of the most poorly run offices… With a usual ratio of one employee to six customers… This location never seems to be in a rush, never seems to prioritize efficiency. People are often having side conversations with the employee, and everyone just comes and goes to the front counter as they fill out their paperwork.

10 people in line and only one teller when there is 4 stands, 30 minutes to buy stamps.

12/24/2020. There was a homeless person inside of the post office sleeping. Time Stamp 11:32 pm. I can't fault the person as it is cold outside. If I was homeless, I would probably done the same. There are not many shelters available this time of year. The post office overall has been reliable. I had my share of mail and packages lost over the years, but when it comes to giving you a reliable and consistent service for decades, no business comes close. I had mailed probably more than 100,000 envelopes and packages in my lifetime since 1997. Their failure rate for me is less than 0.1%.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. The length of the box I had to mail out was less than 0.5 inches smaller than the required size and Elfrida refused to accept it. She didn't even offer me any alternatives such as purchasing a box from them. I waited in a long line just to be told I can't mail my box. She seemed like a robot sitting there with no emotions and no interest in helping others out. Not a good experience.

This is the definition of a pretty okay post office. I find that the location is great, right on Pacific, above Glenoaks, and a short drive or a medium-ish walk away. As others have noted, there is only street parking, and very little of it. there's space for four, possibly five short cars right up front in a green loading only area, but even after circling three times, a space did not open up, and I had to block a bit up the way on Glenoaks. The parking lot behind and adjacent are explicit about not being usps parking, and one seems to be a paid lot with a $5 fee to exit, oof! Upon arrival, I saw one man waiting in front of me with no clerks to be seen, and I could overhear one man over in the mailbox area griping about the vaccines, how someone had died of it, how someone else had gotten really sick, how ineffective they were, etc. etc. when I realized that there was a postal employee over there just listening and kind of hanging out with him. At some point he headed over and helped the man in front of me, and seconds later, a lady appeared and assisted me. This lady was pretty efficient, but pretty rude about it, which is fine. She complained that my packaging wasn't tight, and kept flicking at the loose untaped-down edges with her hands, and I apologetically asked to borrow/buy tape, and she told me to select the yes/no regarding liquids, and I accidentally chose "yes" because I didn't read it correctly and was just answering in the affirmative, it's all good, not, "it's not not all good" and she snapped at me, and when I tried to slide my card she snapped at me that it wasn't time yet and she was still weighing my package, and when I saw that three different selections came up for pricing/timing, I tried to look at the screen and she snapped that it was all the same. Anyhoo, again, all par for the course. She taped up my package and gave me a receipt and circled the tracking number and I thank you'ed and bowed and apologized for my existence, but completed the transaction, which is all that really matters.

Service was fine. But really disappointed that both workers had their noses outside of their masks the whole time. Makes me feel unsafe to go in to ship anything. USPS should provide company issues masks that don't fall down.
