If I can give minus star to this place I would. I am very disappointed with the service. I handed my gold jewelry to be fixed instead it was damaged The owner was very rude, disrespectful and dishonest.

Love this place! Brought a a custom ring to be repaired. Had a family tragedy and did not return for over a year. I thought for sure my jewelry would be gone. But nope! I went it and described my jewelry and she came out with it in minutes. Best in the block for flawless repairs!

I don't recommend this store if you need any adjustments made to your jewelry. Paid for three rings and needed them to be adjusted in size the stacked together. They realized that was too difficult after I paid. Now I'm ordering rings at macys.com... Didn't plant to throw away money today.
