I had an amazing experience at Verdugo Nails & Spa , staff are super sweet and professional. I’ve very busy schedules and they’re so flexible to take care of me without appointment. It’s always a pleasure indulging in services at Verdugo Nails & Spa . Highly recommended.

Love this nail salon and prefer it over the other one nearer my house. I just got one of the best pedicures ever, as I always have, when coming to Verdure Nails. There were times around and after covid it was hard to schedule but not anymore. I will be a regular here and always call here first when needing my nails done. I love the cozy salon space, big window and bright light. Also, easy street parking (or lot across the street). Highly recommend! A+++

I have been coming to Verdure since 2017 intermittently and I have never gotten my nails done anywhere else in LA because the staff here are just so good! They always take care of your cuticles / finger skin complimentary to whatever you're getting and it's never painful. Long lasting gel manicure for only $30. Keep in mind if you're doing acrylic I believe Zoey is the only one who does them! Always a relaxing and homey experience coming here.

I don't think they should turn down any customers. I think it was rude of them to ask me: what did I need and then tell me that they won't be able to help me due to appointment only. They should change their sign that they have outside "walk in are welcome" apparently not. How unfortunate they lost one customer.

Terrible receptionist, called to make an appointment, I do not k own much about different nail services and asked about a procedures which I think is called rubber gel, I tried to explain very politely and nicely to the receptionist that I want it over my natural nails to make them stronger and thicker so that they do not break, and asked about prices, then asked what is included, then I tried to be nice and said that they have a very good price compared to other salons, and just to make sure we understand each other right I tried to explaian that I saw something like that on my friend's nails but do not know what it is called. The receptionist started yelling at me telling me I should go to wherever my friend has done it and they can not do anything to make my nails thicker and I shoud change my diet to have stronger nails. And when I got shocked and was speechless and finally asked her to stop yelling, and at least show some customer service skills and stop talking like that and tried to explain that I am not calling to ask what vitamins I need, but about the manicure procedure, she just yelled even worse and hang up. The whole conversation was around 2 and a half minutes. I do not know whether it was the owner or receptionist but she had no customer service skills, especially considering how nice I tried to explain my inquiries. Never had such terrible experience anywhere.

Good service every time. It has been over 6 years I go to that salon. Tried couple of others, but Verdure is the winnner. Fast, very attentive, prof. and low on budget service in this area. Value for money is just great.I always recommend. They are always booked, one should book in advance, sometimes week or days.Very hard working, dedicated and client oriented people.

I have been a couple times to get gel nails and pedicure and they come out amazing. Have been to many salons and nothing compares. I forgot to mention there gel nail polish is good. Other places I have been use old polish and does not go on good. Prices are great!!

The manicures and pedicures here are okay. The pedicure massage is painful and repetitive in one place. More like, "okay, let's get this over with."Three members of my family, including myself went to this salon for a few years mainly because we had been going to this place before the current ownership. The current owner, Zoe, couldn't be more rude, mean and disrespectful. She is unappreciative and unkind in so many ways. Always kurt, abrupt, unkind. I called her once because I wanted to make sure I could park in a spot behind the building that was for the dance studio. The studio seemed closed and I did not want to get towed. When I called her, she said, "Yes. You fine. I am busy!!" and she hung up on me. When I walked into the salon, she didn't speak to me the entire time I was there. Never said hello, or acknowledged me. When it came time to pay, she spoke to her employee, Shirley in Vietnamese and had her collect the payment. I have tolerated her nastiness for far too long. She has been rude to me, my mother, my girlfriend and others whom I referred to her. I would rather pay more and go a place were people are kind and hospitable. It is an hour of my day that I set aside to get a treatment and feel good. This is NOT the place you will get that. Go once, go twice and she will be nice, but when you frequent, you will see her for who she is.We have been made to wait, we have been rescheduled and never complained. We have been cut during pedicures, and we have been ignored. The place is not clean. It is a little hole in the wall. Dusty and dumpy. I chose to let that go because I wanted to support them so they had business. Not anymore! I am so happy to go elsewhere and be treated well.Save yourself the toxicity and go elsewhere.Services: Gel manicure

Zoey is super fast but does a good job. Shriley works hard, my mom likes going to this place. No fuss, and great work!
