This place is a complete scam. They are not a corporate Verizon store; they are just a dealer. They try to make extra cash by adding on unnecessary service and bundle fees for upgrades, and they don't provide itemized invoices. We purchased 3 upgrades and were charged $400 for taxes and an extra $250 for a service that Verizon corporate stores don't even charge for. We haven't received our new iPhone 16 Pro yet. When I tried to cancel, they threatened to charge me a $50 restocking fee for each phone and said the cases were non-returnable. Potential customers should be aware of these excessive charges. Also, it's worth noting that applying a restocking fee to a phone that has not been opened is illegal.
The best way to get a refund is to call Verizon and report this kind of dealer; they will lose their license eventually.

Went back to return a phone for a trade in and was helped by Narek. Super nice dude helped me with sending my trade in back and also introduced me to verizon home internet. Awesome option to have l, unfortunately I live at the bottom of a hill so it didn't quite work out for me however when I went back for assistance to return the device Derick helped me and called verizon to get me the box to ship back. Great assistance with this team, unfortunately Verizon still hasn't sent me the box to return the home internet box. Got to call verizon again and get a tracking number for that box but I'll definitely be back to this location. This team is very helpful and friendly.

My mother was ripped off today. She went to go purchase an iPhone charger, was sold the cable and port separately for over $100!!! I looked up both products on the respective company websites and each were about $30. They refuse to accept a return stating that it is final sale. Do not buy accessories from this location.

If you don't want to be frustrated and disappointed after getting a new phone, AVOID this place. The manager Erik S did not disclose charges for accessories and provided false information regarding the protection plan. With the accessories, he noted it was included in a "package" with the phone, as though there was no additional charge. Instead, he charged me an extra $110. These charges are easy to miss as they are added to the upgrade/activation/setup fees. He explained that as a retail store with iPhones in demand, the accessories are included in a package. This sounds like bogus to me.He offered a phone protection plan for $17. I asked him to clarify whether it was a monthly or a one-time fee, and he answered "One-time". Sure enough, I checked my Verizon app, and I was set to be charged monthly. It is a shame that such a business is trying to trick the local community. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Thankfully I was able to contact the regional manager by email who was helpful in getting me a refund.

Let me get started with a long story here about a rep in this store named Eric.November-December of last year I needed a new phone in an emergency, I made it to the Verizon store before closing and was soo happy. iPhone 14 was out but they didnāt have it in stock so I went with an iPhone 13 instead replacing my iPhone 12 that I had. When I purchased I asked for two simple thing. Give me the phone without payments which they couldnāt do and I understood (they want you on payment plans) and secondly give me a screen protector as I work with chemicals and my previous iPhone had dead zones in the screen where you could visibly see the phone screen layer worn off and dirt and grime would stick to those locations. Causing phantom pressing. I was gonna a phone he took it from me and charged me for a screen protector. I signed off. I walk away. 3 weeks later my screen has 3 giant scratches on it. I look and I donāt have a screen protector. IGo back and ask Eric and say whatās the deal he says it was āliquidā screen protector. I told him thatās bogus but I maybe should have verified and honestly Iām not the type to complain. Fast forward to today. I find out I have been paying $17 a month for an added protector plan which I would never ever ever purchase. I donāt buy warranties, I donāt buy protection plans. I just donāt do it. You couldnāt get the president to sign me up for a protection plan of any kind. I call Verizon. They say go to the store the representative Eric was there and essentially refused to help me or talk to the verizon rep. He left him on mute until the verizon rep hung up. Eric also told me ādonāt buy the product if you donāt like itā which is exactly what Iām doing now. Iām officially leaving the product behind. I want to be contacted my management and I want a solution to this. I have never dealt with a less professional and sleazy salesman in my life and I do sales for a living.

Awesome experience today. My first time visiting. The store was not crowded. I have been having connectivity issues with my Samsumg Galaxy S21Ultra. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new Sim card, as mine is old. Armando was incredibly helpful amd friendly. He said many people have been having this issue with the recent storm. He reset my network settings and told me to come back if that doesn't work. He looked at my plan and offered plan upgrades without being too pushy. I let him know I appreciated all of the information and will assess my family plan prior to making any changes today. Highly recommended!

Traded in my iPhone X for the 14 pro and had the best customer service experience. We were changing our plan as well so it was a lot of requests but they were very patient with us and made sure everything was taken care of

If 0 stars was an option, I'd choose that. This place is a joke. Not a real Verizon store, reseller. Hope this isn't the case for everyone, but this was the case for me with Eric S and Armando. Traded in my phone and was told a screen protector, case and charging block were included in my taxes... no receipt, ended up costing me $189. ASK FOR A RECEIPT. Charging block didn't even work, charged me $40 for a knockoff Apple Charger that they advertise as authentic (Apple sells for $20) and then told me all accessory sales are final. Rip off. They brag about being a 5 star store and treat customers horribly, had me running back and forth to the store for a week. Do yourself a favor and only ever go to a Corporate Verizon store.

Erick was very very helpful, me and my husband wanted to trade in our old phones, with his help we got the best phones and saved on monthly payments. We're old fashioned couple,far from advanced technology, but Erick Wasson patient, kind and understanding that we got answers on all our questions. We left the store with blessings to Erick.
