Very disappointed in the customer service by what appeared to be person in charge yesterday Sunday 5/11/25. Was attempting to return an item and was standing at customer service for 10 min with your person standing at the self check out ( which had a team member already supporting it) she started at me off and on for that time and then walked over and and asked me if I was wanting to return an item. I said yes I am and she said “ there is no one here go stand in a line” I was turned off by this so I grabbed 2 items I need and stood in line at self check out and when I got to the return portion I had to wait again so they could find the same PIC to use here over rude card. Couldn’t we just done it the first time. Is she a manager or just an employee with tenure? Not much leadership. Your remodel should have included a service re boot

Matthew from online orders you should be fired for the way you screamed and yelled at me. Screaming that someone quit today and you haven't had a break. How dare you through a fit and scream at a customer of 60 years. I could hear you throwing things while you were have a childish fit. All because i asked for a new milk to be delivered the milk that was deliverd was expired. Very unprofessional. I am contacting the corporate office Matthew. No one should be treated like this. I paid for delivery.

Refund policy for online pickup is useless. No option if poor quality or other with explanation. Bought 4 bags of Signature frozen mixed berries. 70% raisin size blue berries. A few raspberries. A few black berries and a few strawberries. All appeared as having freezer burn. Tasteless and dry. Dole is the best but not available. These really are terrible

Coming for years & received super service. Today I did not get my items bagged. The young girl with long black hair just started the next customer and told me it is not HER problem that there is no bagger. Extremely rude.

Yes shopped today at Vons in La Crescenta and a couple of items needed an app, which I didn’t have. Vanessa said she would give me it this time, but I need to get the app. Why doesn’t Vons just put the discount in their computer, instead of having an 82 year old getting a condescending attitude at the register.

Good small Vons La Crescenta Location looks great & super clean. The service is excellent. Super busy as it gets. The food drinks & the snacks were cheap as seen the yellow tag purchased with Vons card. I find that the employees pleasant & cooperative. Very polite of course. Savings. Saved a lot of money. Also the checkout is busy; the self-checkout is so easy to use. No waiting for the line. Finished paying quickly. I don’t have issues with anyone.

Went by to purchase their Friday chicken deal...when I got there they were out of chicken and was working on a new batch ready in 20 minutes. That was no big deal altho it would have been nice to have a supply knowing that it is a popular deal, especially at dinner time. However, what was NOT cool was the fact that they offered the man before me a choice to substitute the deal with the other kinds of prepped chicken. However, when it was my turn, they told me I had to wait because they were out. I was not offered the same option as the customer before me and was dismissed. The man before me was obviously a frequent customer as they were sharing stories and referencing previous conversations, which is great as that man got awesome customer service. However, I did not receive any of that and walked away empty handed. I won't venture to guess the reason behind the discrepancy in customer service...but it was not a good look for the company.

Brandon at the meat department helped me today and was so helpful! I recommend going to him ! I had trouble with the app and sales and he helped me!

Small vons. Open until 11pm. Only been to this location a few times. What completely blew me away the first time I’m was the floral display. This orchard display with branch accents and color coordination was just gorgeous!!! My pictures don’t do the display justice. As for the rest of the store, it seems clean and well stocked.
