This is the worst pharmacy I've been to. They say they'll have my prescription ready the next day and when I show up nobody has a clue they all place blame of how it was there day off like nobody else is capable of filling a prescription? There no system of leaving notes or anything to remind somebody else hey can you fill this because I'm going to be off tomorrow this person will be here tomorrow for it. I'll probably get some sorry excuse next on my review. how about stop saying you're sorry and come through for your customers.

Pharmacist at this location was rude. Came in for a COVID test because they offer COVID testing and she acted as if she didn't want to be there. Said that we would receive email notification and I wanted confirm the email and she said "I don't have time to check right now because I have other matters but you can get back in line" ......????? If you don't like your job why are you still there? I get pharmacists are very over worked. But IM NOT the one over working you. I'm doing my due diligence to ensure I don't have an infection so I can take precautionary measures to prevent spreading it more and you wanna act like I'm a nuisance?

There is this employee. She is so rude wierd, unprofessional. I was in the other Walgreens few street down .purchase, something but they were out of the other item. I need and when I purchase the item they give me a coupon I went to the other store in Glenoaks when I want to purchase I show that coupon and she said it's expired and I said I just got this one and she look at it and said.. so But you have to purchase .30 cents more, to be able to use it I bought a piece of gum and then she said anyway this will not give you any break she is has that sneer smile and obviously making fun of me. I said then why you make me to go through all this I got it from from the other branch she said go back to the other branch. Why are you coming here? Do you want me to come with you and redeem this ticket too. I said that's so not nice you bullying me and making fun of me in front of everybody OK I'm gonna charge it to my credit card and then the reader couldn't read my credit card and then she loudly front of everybody said, don't get mad if you don't have money on your credit card.. I was so shocked. What did I do to deserve to be bullied and embarrass front of everybody ? I got so sad and I was not feeling good. I came home and I took a Tylenol. I called the manager, and I spoke to him, such a nice guy . And he said I don't know what's wrong with her what she did it was not right all I can do is just go and talk to her That's the last time I'm gonna go to that store..

Rude, unprofessional, uncaring, they lose prescriptions. There is no ethical care and concern for confidentiality, and patient care. This pharmacy should lose their license to distribute medication before there is a major incident and a patient death that results from their negligence. I was trained that "dereliction of duty that directly causes damage" is the legal definition of malpractice and this pharmacy meets it in all ways. Also you call them, wait onhold, after 30 minutes of waiting the operator answers an hangs up immediately; as if they are trying to clear calls more quickly. this happens every time you call without fail. Then you get a very rude pharmacist or tech who is not helpful, dismissive, and not helpful. Your prescriptions are not filled, they are canceled without your knowledge, and simply not filled. If you have a surgery planned and you turn in the prescriptions need for pre surgery, good luck, they don't fill then in a timely manner, because of course the pharm tech knows better than the prescribing physician about what you need for your pending surgery. Its a mess. a licensing board needs to investigate this pharmacy STAT

Every pharmacy I've tried to use in Glendale has been garbage. This one either needs more workers or they need to close drive through during peak times. Just waited 30 minutes at the window while cars piled up behind me, got pissed and drove off. I'd have left too if I hadn't absolutely needed my prescriptions. Ate there any decent pharmacies anywhere in this town?

I recently had to switch my medications to Walgreens pharmacy, because RITE AID, recently closed.. This is the third time I call the pharmacy regarding my prescription and I am being put on hold for over 35 minutes!!!!!This is ridiculous!!!!I am going to be switching to CVS!!!

Every time, it's a terrible experience. They should get rid of the drive through because you just sit and wait. I've never picked up a prescription that I've been notified is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Horrible customer service here! I approached a woman and asked her where a product was with a pic on my phone of the product so she could help me better, she didn't even look up at me as she said, "what's up?" I asked her where the product was and she just flippantly said, as if she was exhausted from dealing with me, "it should be on the aisle over, but if it's not there then we're out..."I had trouble finding the item, but I called my wife to ask her exactly where the product was and SHE knew exactly where it was. I looked for the girl to tell her I found the product that she couldn't find the time to walk over to the next aisle to help me find, but she wasn't to be found. I asked someone to call her up front so that I could speak to her. She proceeded to make excuses and was severely unapologetic and just seemingly unhappy with her life. I asked if she was a manager, because of the heir she gave off and she said yes. So if THIS is the management at this location, then lord knows how this place stays open. The manager Annabelle is very poor at her job and should think about doing something else if she's that unhappy with her job

I changed pharmacies to go the one near me. I called to check on my RX and the person that answered the phone was uneducated and stated that the RX was a dose that wasn't even the one my dr prescribed. I contacted my Dr and when the nurse call the pharmacy they stated that it's the right dosage. I came by yesterday to pick up the medicine and Areg stated I don't have a prescription after 10min he came back with a medication in his hand and said okay $43 I asked him why was it $43 I always pay $10 co pay he said I don't know and went back to check. Another person came by the window her name was Mary very rude no greetings and said check with your insurance and changed me and walked away. She had no manners no customer service. I called to speak with the pharmacy manager she wasn't available. I will put in a complaint regarding the way I was treated. It's not about the money it's about explaining it to the customer. I will do not recommend this location pharmacy. Horrible customer service.!!!

I had a very bad experience with this store pharmacy. My wife is pregnant and I'm going to pick up her medicine from this location. When I told them my wife is pregnant and I want her medicine immediately workers and pharmacist said we wants to going to lunch. 3 time I told them please I need that pill for my pregnant wife and the process is taking 1 minutes but they laughed and said our lunchtime is more important for us. I hate this place and they're pharmacy workers.

The absolute worst customer service. Employees refuse to help, they literally hide from customers. Do not use their photo center either. I was so happy when they opened and few years back, thought it was a useful addition the neighborhood. I was wrong. I'd rather drive to another store.

I don't like the way they speak with the customers. Very rude! This is not how it should be in customer service. Teach your workers to speak with people please. We don't owe them anything but they talk like we borrowed a thousand bucks and did not return. Again: we don't own you anything, we just want to purchase medicine! Please note that. Thank you

No one wants to help at this store what is wrong with the workers. One is worst than the other. Please put a self check so we don't need to deal with your sour employees. I have come here to this location several times and really sick and tired of your dead beat employees . I just need my merchandise to be rung up and nothing more didn't ask for additional attitude. Hire people that want to be there. I go to get my photo of course no manners. No,hi ,just go in line okay, fine. Then the other employee giving a dirty look because obviously he doesn't want to move to grab the photos. He looks miserable working there. Just a toxic environment to be in. Get a proper store manager to help train your employees on manners.

Very slow in all areas. Don't waste your time. Use a different pharmacy and drugstore
